Now that we have more dormant minions, should there be tech card to destroy them or interact with them, maybe steal them, or switch sides. Would be good in some brawls too. What you think?
since the requirements to get them out of dormancy is pretty high (4 cards played for Sherazin, get all three candles for The Darkness) I think it would be unfair for you to steal them. Maybe destroy them with a battlecry on a very understated minion (since the battlecry is worth a lot). It could be similar to the original Hemet, so that it would not see a lot of play.
Otherwise, I don't think they pose very much problem to the game and so they shouldn't necessarily have a tech counter. At least not until they show that they are unstoppable. How often do you even see them in games that you play on the ladder?
If in the future we come to have around a dozen minions, that are dormant, would it warrant a tech card, or does tech only need something op. ...to counter?.
I'm surprised somebody even considered this. Of all the tech cards one like that would be the very last thing we need. Maybe if we get a dozen or so dormants in the future and some become popular then it could warrant one but that probably won't happen for years to come.

Such a tech card is not needed until there are dormant cards that provide persistant effects on gameplay (à la enchantments from MTG)
There's only 2 right now and 1 is class specific, not really worth a tech card.
