That would be true if I were talking about my Aviana KunDruid. It was actually my Dragon Paladin deck that he was using (card for card my list) which has presently 22 upvotes ... so yeah! :)

Well getting beat by your own deck twice on ladder is pretty big thing for a deck builder. Shows people actually enjoy your deck enough to play it and do well with it! Something extra to keep me going! :)

Lol wow, is this a way of bragging or something? How on earth could you know he's using your deck specifically? Post the list, and let's see how "original" it is.
I'm sure it's impossible that someone else had the same idea! And since you saw all 30 cards in his deck twice, you know for sure it was your 100% original deck that nobody has every thought of ever!

Nature is the Day. Man is the Sun. Woman is the Moon. The Stone is the Sky. The Art is the Way.
Played two games, the second of which went to fatigue so yes I saw all 30 cards in his deck and further than that I had deck-tracker monitoring all cards played to avoid confusion.
But I can see your point. There are soooo many people that are good at deck-building and Dragon paladin is such an extremely popular archetype that people have made an incredible amount of new lists that no-one is capable of innovating something new. I wonder why I didn't consider something so obvious!

Man, you really cannot consider the possibility that another person might have made the same idea, can you? Curator Paladin. With 30 card slots. Right, you're so original and if someone else on ladder had an identical list, they definitely copied it from you. You're pretty arrogant.
At which rank were these two games played? Or was this Casual?

I mean you don't gotta be that harsh to the guy. I had the same thing happen (no intentions to hijack this thread or anything) but I played against two guys using my Kazakus mage
and at the time, I had some weird inclusions in there and it had made it to the top Mage decks for the week or whatever.
I wanted to give you an example because you went off on the guy in my opinion in too rude of a way. :) Because of comments like yours, you get poisonous comments back and before you know it, it's a childish conversation about something that both sides could enjoy instead.
It's not that big a deal but I guess it made him feel better about his deckbuilding skills and what not.
Card for card the exact same list! Yeah, I must be really stupid and arrogant for enjoying the thought of someone using my deck and playing it to a competitive degree. I guess someone who offers fuck all to the game in terms of creativity and seemingly enjoys ripping into people just to be a condescending prick would know all about that.
It was at rank 5.

So, because you're a self-proclaimed "deck builder" that means you contribute more to the game's creativity than I do? Dude. You know nothing of my contributions. I could claim that the original C'Thun Druid was "my deck" since I built it completely on my own without prior reference from anything other than spoilers (I didn't frequent any HS forums at that time), but that would be ridiculous since I'm sure someone else was running the card for card exact same list as me. Did I copy it from another? No. Did I face similar and probably exact decks all the time? Ofc I did, because it turns out that it was really good at the time. You're claiming that decks are "yours" because of an exact list (one that you must not ever change), but do you really think you're the ONLY person to think of it? The cards in your list are all highly played cards, so why do you automatically think someone copied the list from you?

So I should be less rude when going off on someone? First they're sour, then they're sweet? nty

Well no. But I think we can all get along and make compromises even if something irritates us.
This guy made a thread because he was excited, happy. He created a thread because he loves hearthstone and came to share his moment to the community that shares his love for a game. Why you gotta be so toxic people?
And anyways either the guy did copy the deck in which case congrats mate. Or someone else who is capable of getting to rank 5 created the exact same deck (likely from scratch), which proves that the OP is a good deckbuilder, furthermore the dragon paladin deck even won twice.
"C'thun druid ... really good deck at the time" and I infer from this you made the deck during WoTG when C'thun was actually popular, Whereas I made a deck for the Wild format which has vastly fewer players using an infrequently used archetype that is dismissed by so many people. Yeah I can see how similar the situations are.
Anyway, I'm done with you and your abhorred behaviour. Continue being a toxic prick, I'm sure it'll really work out well for you in life.

What exactly is your intention here? Someone posts about a positive experience playing against someone and you come and reply in a completely ignorant manner because you want to argue about semantics of the words "my own deck"?
I understand you may not be content with your life or yourself, but that's no reason to stop by and make unnecessary condescending retorts about a segment of a thread title, missing the point of the thread entirely and seemingly attempting to demoralize others for no justifiable reason. If you don't mind, think a little before you click "Post Reply", and perhaps you may avoid what are currently inevitable future warnings.
