I loved Patron Warrior before the Warsong commander nerf. Also, until Un'Goro hit, I played Malygos Druid a lot with the Aviana+Kun combo. And I guess it's safe to say that C'thun Decks (especially Druid and Warrior) are also already a thing from the past.
Classic Midrange Shaman, back when Handlock and Zoolock were both good matchups for it. I still remember using Earth Shock on a 4/10 Twilight Drake. One of the most satisfying things in hearthstone.
definitely dreadlock for me, was such a fun deck to play and watch your opponent kill a dreadsteed then realize they cant be killed and then contemplate what to do for the next 20 seconds
It didn't have that much success but I loved playing Deathrattle Rogue back in Whispers of the Old Gods, it's the only rogue deck I ever had fun playing too.
Personally, even though I have never gotten to play either of my top 2 decks, Mill Rogue and my Highlander Mage are my absolute favorite decks of all time. I cannot get enough of seeing my Highlander Mage deck get used, because it doesn't look like it would work, but always seems to end up working pretty well.

If you need a Wild deck that is fun, competitive, high skill, and low RNG, check out my Highlander Malygos Deck!
classic control warrior up until tgt/loe (wallet warrior, elise CW) and gvg control priest were the best times i had in hearthstone. no 4 turn win aggro bullshit but instead 15 minutes long every single card counts control matchups <3 winning felt so much more satisfying and deserving than nowadays. a lot of times it wouldn't even matter to me who won in the end because playing such an interestig game with a lot of back and forth was so awesome.
i did also love reno mage in WotG and reno lock in MSG. and of course (the one and only rogue deck) miracle since... well miracle's been around forever i guess :D

Aviana/Kun with C’Thun was stupid fun to play when it was in standard with cards like Azure Drake and Brann. That was my shit.
For me it was Anyfin paladin, still playing it though. <3 wild
