Anyfin paladin before the murloc wording change, specifically Apdrop's list I'm Oct-November 2016. That noise when a big anyfin was played followed by a bunch of heavy thuds when they all hit for a million damage, uggghhh
The wotog era zoolock did it for me. It was the first real deck I played when I just started HS and that aspect of discovery was still there. The new version on ladder doesn't really do it for me, honestly. I feel the risk of drawing patches / not drawing keleseth had made the game kind of unfun. Games used to not be determined in the mulligan stage back in the day.
I loved both Oil Rogue and Patron Warrior (and yes, even I admitted it was just slightly overpowered). There's just something about combo decks that are extremely appealing to me. (Not Raza Priest though. I actually hate that archetype with a passion.)
for me i enjoyed mech mage alot
and any kind of miracle rogue
Handlock, especially the old demon version with Voidcallers and Mal'Ganis.

GvG era Oil Rogue!
Dreadsteed Warlock, both with Baron Rivendare and Mal'Ganis, and after rotation with N'Zoth instead
Echo (Giants) Mage was a close 2nd
for archetypes in general, old-school control Warrior and Priest were always favorites
"Sometimes you eat the bear, and sometimes the bear turns into a cat and eats you." - Anonymous Druid
deathrattle rogue... still playing it in wild :D
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!
Yogg Druid
^ yeah same. maly yogg druid was such a great deck.
Majordomo - Alextrazia, Mage deck. Turn into Ragnaros and DIE INSECT! XD
And Mage Yogg. That was another cool deck, which still is playable, although a few cards had to be switched out for standard :(
I so want a control Deathstalker Hunter (or at least a slow Hunter, that focuses on it's DK) but we will see.
old freeze mage
Dragon priest during secret pally era....loved the challenge of taking on those pallies.
definitely n'zoth warrior in un-goro. Loved crushing hunter with it.
