I want to play exodia mage just because i really like the deck. Now, my question is. Would it's winrate be higher in wild then it is in standard? i want to play fun decks while still aiming for the highest rank possible :)
Any exodia mage's out there who can share their experiences? and no, i do not want to play freeze mage since i don't have emperor :)

I'm sure Exodia mage is better in Wild than in Standard. Current Exodia mage isn't so good to climb with in standard, the Giant otk quest mage however can do okay in standard because it deals with aggro/midrange decks better.
On Wild you will ALWAYS have more options to optimize your deck's performance. No discussion on that. You should look at the current meta on your server and decide on that which one of the two format is better for climbing.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
I have played the deck extensively in both formats, and I would recomend Wild ten times out of ten.
The Wild version is stronger because you dont rely on Cabalist Tome, which is often unplayable against aggressive decks, you can just play Forgotten Torch, Duplicate your Babbling Books or Ethereal Conjurer, etc.
Also you have a lot of stuff that makes your life easier, like Mad ScientistSludge Belcher and Reno Jackson if you want to go Highlander (which is super fun).

exodia mage fun deck,
jade druid and pirate warrior are fun decks too
Not worth playing it in Wild if you don't have Emperor. The Wild version doesn't have to run the quest to pull it off.

Standard. Because the spell range is way larger and your average results on Cabalist tome & Primordial Glyphs will be a lot worse.
