first request i got was couple days ago, when i played druid mirror and i was in pretty dominating position then he played desperation keltuzad+mark of the wild and i TBK'ed it next turn and he conseded ... i accepted his request just to confirm, that he will be some rage kid and i was right ... death by cancer and other crap rained upon me :D
I always accept everyone that adds me but I never care to add anyone myself. If people wants to talk, sure. I'm all for it and I still think this game needs a chat function.
I've had lots of people add me and I have always accepted. Some people are nice and just wants to discuss the match or ask about my deck. In which case I'm glad to do so and this way I actually have made some mates that I practice against every now and then. And some people just add me to rage and acts like retards. In which case, I'll post a quick "Rofl, learn to play scrub" after which I quickly remove them again so that I get the last word. ;)
What tends to happen is people will send friend requests win I win. When I accept, they just insult me. I beat this guy with my shaman, and I knew I had lethal the next turn no matter what with Al'Akir. Next thing I know, I get a friend request, I accept, I say gg, then his response "Nice top deck you ***" Then he was no longer my friend. Thing was, Al'Akir was in my opening hand after the mulligan. Another guy I beat with the 9/4 priest on casual. He friended me, I accepted. Looked at his rank, Rank 14. Me? Rank 3. He sends me a "You ***ing suck at this game, you only won with that Mind Vision" Didn't even have time to respond before he defriended me. Thing was, I would've won with or without the Mind Vision Cenarius. I could've just won with Holy fire, but since I had a golden Mind Vision, I just wanted to play the golden Cenarius. Those are only two occasions where this has happened, and this has happened to me on multiple occasions.
I add them because for it's usually just some friendly banter about an epic play that happened in the game. I only had a rager once in maybe 20 or more adds, so it's been pretty good.
The sole goal of Hearthstone is to win matches; there is no point or objective to this game other than that. How logical is it to rage at someone for doing the only thing that this game allows the player to do, and what you would done yourself if you had the chance?
As the loser, what else did you expect the other guy to do? Throw the game just for you? Apologize to you for winning?
Always accept, usually the person is friendly and if not, it's hilarious to see them rage LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL ''I will come to your house rape all your family and then burn down you house''

such threat can be considered an offensive act punishable by law, lol
I've only had one friend request after a game. I played a murloc deck and beat the guy bad, no bm though, he added me and started trying to insult me and telling me to l2p. It was so funny that I couldnt wait for my next request but sadly none came.
I have only received 3 friend requests since I started this game. 2 of which are just insulting me about using my deck, blaming their tough luck, and me being just a lucky bastard... blah, blah, blah... The other one (a Legendary ranked player), appreciates the good game we just had, and even discuss his deck preference and tough matches. I think not everyone is a sore loser when they add you after they lost their match w/ you. Its just that, almost all of them are butthurt when their pricey decks lost to your unorthodox deck =)
I've only ever been requested around twice (both ragers angry). But I have added quite a few players after the match. Most of the time they're friendly players, and I've made some pretty good friends off of doing that.
Yeh, I accept them.. not like I care if they insult me cos I beat them, it normally makes me laugh; The interaction with people that actually wanted to ask questions about what deck I was using or even wants to test decks with me is worth the risk of the few people that just want to get mad about a loss.
Depend on what happened. IF i sense it will be brag and sense I would actually accept it on WoW/Desktop instead so I can view their full Battletag as well as make a report on their asshatry easily.
There is one guy who did this to me and I trolled him hard for 4mths after since I got his battletag captured. Ironically he joined also my D3 clan whom I am the officer, which he received another massive scolding and ended up receiving a clan bootage. Karma is fun.
There are also more times I added people due to game facing bugs or DCs so we try to match up again for a proper games, or as said we got a really excellent game against each other, like in 10-0 vs 10-0 in an Arena run that sort of thing
easily half of the request are for insulting, others are out of curiosity (i had a lot of them.. because i was playng randuim at legendary (ps :2770 legends in eu right now (i am the last xd))) and others just because the game was epic. so i prefer to risk a 1 minute bm for the cahnce of an interesting conversation so i always accept.

I have yet to be added by a rager. Is that only for the higher ranks? I wanna be raged at too
I always add because angry people amuse me. And they're always angry.

Nah, 99% of them going to be "lol l2p noob, noob u got lucky , 1 moar turn u dead" and stuff like that.

Possibly one of the worst players ever.
