Priset decks are like hillary. They feel they are superior and entitled to win. Pirate Warrior is like Trump they don't care about playing nice they just want to win.
Here I was expecting something about card interactions while instead it's yet another rant about the salty community :/ Sucks that these kinda threads happen so often.
Yes for priest it is cuz theyre so damn happy once they manage to get a win.
Please don't get offended, but this, this is exactly my point.
What the hell does the deck someone is playing have to do with them as a person? Like all PW or Highlander Priest players are idiots while let's say Miracle Rogue or Handlock players are the good ones?
Also most of the posters didn't get me at all. I am not PW player, I don't play PW and I don't even like simple decks like PW. But the reason I don't like the archetype too much doesn't mean I hate PW players. Hating someone only because he plays archetype I personally don't like is the top of the arogance.
So, OP, as you can see, some people overreact to things. They act childish and stupid. And what should we do in those cases? /ignore them {I also accept some friend requests and if they use toxic language => report}
Then forget, that that conversation ever existed, and try to enjoy your future games.
PW ks cheap deck that succeeds on ranked play, priest is high cost deck.Ppl think spending money is to create highest win rate decks.Money play looses f2p feels bad xD thats why ppl salted about imo

Sir, you've made my day :)
Its weird how I always see Trump comments on stuff that have absolutely nothing to do with politics even on YouTube.
Anyway back to the topic I would say to the OP how that guy reacted is not normal behavior, to be honest it is childish and moronic behavior. However people always tend to be salty if they lose especially if they lose to a deck like pirate warrior. Some players still keep cool about it even if they get blown out by an unfair deck, however the fact that he was emote spamming during the match probably should have been an indication that the guy was getting particularly salty and you should never ever send a friends request to people who emote spam when they are losing a match because they are always going to be salty as hell and probably going to hurl a volley of verbal abuse your way if you get in contact with them.

You've got me wrong. He didn't spam when he was loosing. He started when he literally topdecked a victory.

How is that logic to treat people like criminals just because they enjoy to play simple archetype?
The deck doesn't have anything to do with them as a person, and it's not logical to treat people like that. You're replying to man-babies. =P
Some people play classes or decks or whatever according to their personality and playstyle -- I play Warlock/Warrior/Rogue for the same reasons I play Black/Red/Blue in Magic; I like to play games in "mean" and/or underhanded ways =P -- but lots of people don't and even those that do will also play things outside their comfort zone from time to time. I play every class sometimes even though I'm not a huge fan of Druid, Paladin or Priest.
I mean, if I see a deck a lot and its really good or really polarizing, I can't say I'm happy to see it again. On the other hand, the person you were playing is exceptionally immature. It's a video game. Don't yell at other people playing the game, its not ok to do that.
No it's definitely not a normal behavior and even if i do understand the frustration some people experience about PW it is by far an excuse to act like a total buffoon and insult people for playing a deck they don't like or even hate. Also everyone that supports this kind of behavior on this forum or anywhere else for that matter should rethink their moral views. I for one don't like PW and even tho i do get salty about it i would never allow myself to get into a position to insult someone that does something i wouldn't do especially if what he or she is doing is not wrong by any means. So don't even question this at all and everyone that says this behavior is normal just proves how insane they are and are probably the same people that do the same thing

No one said you should act like it but it's perfectly normal in Hearthstone to expect the kind of response the OP mentioned if you make or accept a friend request immediately after a game. This is why I leave a cooling off period before accepting.
'Mit der Dummheit kämpfen Götter selbst vergebens'
Why emote at all? Why squelching fool's not? Why demanding explanations of emotes? Can't get the point.
The only emote I express apart from greeting, is WP when I loose if an opp deserves. The only reason I request friendship is to ask to show opp's deck.
I don't BM WP when winning is obvious unless an opp did it thinking he wins. I don't squelch, just pay no attention. I accept all requests. With Blizzard app to report insult immediately :)
This is absolutely and totally normal, even logic. Sorry dude, or not
How is that logic to treat people like criminals just because they enjoy to play simple archetype?
Lie, people don't enjoy to play pirate warrior. They just want to win fast and easily that's it. Watch the game, all (original) cards and archetypes that exist, don't tell me pw is an enjoyable deck to play please

Basically well-adjusted human beings communicate with one another. Seeing a behavior (spamming emotes) that seems odd to you, and asking the person why they did it, is a natural and common response. When he got attacked, he wondered if this is a normal thing likely because he'd never seen it before.

I don't have the cards for it but it looks fun to me. Not the kind of deck I'd play too many games in a row of, but a few games in a burst, sure. I also don't see why "I'd prefer to play this other deck" would ever mean "never play this deck", since plenty of people like to switch things up. Maybe your personal opinions don't apply to everyone else?

How can give you 1/2 Like? :)
Basically every online game of any kind involves well-adjusted humans along with poorly-adjusted postpubertal monkeys inadequate beings, and the latter make the former adjust themselves more. That's why I assume my in-game communications fit the reality perfectly :) Taking my questions were supposed rhetorical & not expressed negatively, hope I helped TS with self-adjustment :D
But I totally appreciate your position in 2nd paragraph despite its difference with mine.

Did you get your 'Popular' trophy yet, OP?

Nothing abnormal here, it's perfectly normal especially if you invite immediately after the game.
