Is this normal behavior against PW players? If so, there is no problem with PW players but with whole community...
Nice generalization man. Just because one person insulted you through the chat, that doesn't mean the entire community is like that. Please, think before asking a question like that, because the answer is very obvious: NO.
I was asking. I wasn't stating anything. But by the way look at the comments above. It really looks like it's normal.

No, it is not normal, the problem is that there is a considerable amount people on this forum that hate the community and people in general, so they love to talk stupid shit about others all the time. And about the people that admit they insult others through the chat, they are a minority. If that weren't the case, pirate warrior players would receive a friend request after every single match to be insulted.

Yes this is normal for psychologically fucked up people which is good 20-30% of HS community. And if you add anonymity to that you get these animals what you've just described. I had a thread here about some kids who were threatening to kill me because I kicked their jade druid ass on ladder lol. Animals.
That Tyrande was a cunt, if we are going for the scientifically accurate name. He felt like beating a pirate warrior on ladder was a moral accomplishment, regardless of his copy-pasted top-tier deck. In other words, you found an oxymoron.
Can't say he broke any rules, though. And of course, I'll be honest, if any Pirate Warrior manages to lose to a janky deck of mine on casual, you can bet your ass I'll rub some salt on his wounds too. Ladder morality is bogus, though.

Start of Year: Provoke the failure of 3 expansions, force nerfs on otherwise balanced cards, bring deckbuilding to an all-time low and get rotated one year earlier for being such a threat to the game's health. - Genn and Baku's historical entry on the White Book of Shit Design, shortly before retiring unpunished
When I come across a PW, it triggers me very hard. But then again, it reached rank 5/4 so it's just as viable as other decks that reach the rank. When I lose to PW, I get very mad and try to friend them so I can just say what I think and then remove him again. For example, when he plays N'Zoth's First Mate after Bloodsail Cultist!!!!! And I still lose to this! It really catches me off-guard that such a cheap deck can actually beat a control deck... What I hate most though is when a friend uses PW in a friendly battle!! ARGH......
I find it really funny that your member title is Southsea Deckhand.
Imo Razakus Reno Priest is the same netdeck BS as Pirate Warrior. What's the difference between those two? Playing control doesn't make you smart player automaticaly. Do you really think those brainless netdeckers play only Pirate Warrior and other face decks? No, they play whatever is number 1 deck at that time. So it shouldn't surprise you if you see someone who plays some 'smart' deck start sending you rude messages even when they win. That kind of players play just to reach legend with no specific reason and to achieve something in their miserable life. I may be rude now and act like a kid but that is the sad thruth of all games not just Hearthstone. And Hearthstone is available for anyone (since there is still no banning from blizzard) and has a lot of players right now so that is becoming regular thing now sadly.

Why would you blame a player for playing an optimal strategy in a competitive game that rewards you for winning?
And Hearthstone is available for anyone (since there is still no banning from blizzard) and has a lot of players right now so that is becoming regular thing now sadly.
...Why would Blizzard ban anyone in a game where all communication and behavior outside of the game mechanics is something you have to opt into?

It really catches me off-guard when I read stuff like this... what does the cost of deck has to do with anything, and why is control supposed to win? The only thing that triggers me more than Pirate Warrior are statements like this...
It's really funny isn't it? Very few people in the Hearthstone fanbase -- the CCG newbies I guess -- seem to even have a baseline understanding of how these games work. It's not entirely their fault since aggro has been too strong in this game for a while. But like in Magic, Red, one of the five colors (the closest equivalent to a class in that game) is entirely based around aggro. One of the most influential cards in CCG history -- Lightning Bolt -- comes from that color.
Not to mention how equally cancerous control metas are, where games last 10 million years and everyone does nothing until someone does... SOMETHING. And then everyone just responds to it in a chain.
Yes, humanity is usually disappointing, with a few exceptions that make this world worth living in.
I never had respect for pirate warrior players, but why ruin their fun? They won the coin flip, good for them. Let them enjoy their win and move on to the next game. At least they keep insanely greedy decks out of the meta.
Don't let the salty idiots get to you, and keep playing whatever you like.
I took the reverse view on this. Built a Golden Pirate deck. That generates a LOT of abuse/ Must say that I'll ofte engage any friend request with a positive mind-set.
you play stupid cancerous deck... and your opponent plays a bit less canserous deck too... You both are toxic and both of you have the right to vine and get salty at the forums.
the question is why the developers make the game so toxic?i dream of hearthstone beeind balanced one day.but it seems like the owners of the game just cannot control their own creation.its ither supper aggro or annoying control.DAAMN dude but il still play hs no matter what bcz i have a big colection that i want to give to my grandson in year 2080
I am not blaming a player for competing for prize but prize and title shouldn't be only motivation for playing a game. You can also reach legend with your own deck it's not impossible. Isn't that the real enjoy of competing at something? Bring your own stuff and win? What's the point of being rank 1 legend with same Jade Druid as other 10 million players are playing, same Reno Priest, same PW? That isn't even unique anymore and it all loose sense.
For ban thing: why wouldn't you ban a player that acts like a dick and insults you. I mean I know you can just kick him out of the friends list or don't accept friend request at all but it can become really frustrating for you to face that kind of people from day to day and at the end you won't even allow people to be friends with you (even if they are friendly oriented) which is definitely bad for the game. Other games have ban why Hearthstone wouldn't have it?

You see, my man, the creative deckbuilding is very unpopular and is mostly punished by the developers themselves because of how they push certain archetypes like PW, Razakus bullshit, shaman in good old days, etc. And when you try to build your fun Infinite N'Zoth deadman worrior or whatever, you jsut get stomped by all this bullshit. Just go play some TeS legends, seems like a better less childish HS to me

Why do you assume they only play aggro netdecks, just because you met them literally one time while they were playing an aggro netdeck? Furthermore why does anyone assume that people who play top aggro decks don't also enjoy those decks? Again, Magic, the longest-running CCG of all time, has a "class" entirely composed of aggro cards; people enjoy aggro. If there's a problem with aggro in Hearthstone, it's game balancing, not player mentality.
The entire setup of Hearthstone is that you can't talk to anyone unless you want to. There's very little incentive to implement a behavior system in a game where every player is blocked by default. In other games you have to block players in order to not listen to their drivel, so banning people for doing things they can expose players to without their consent makes perfect sense. It's not the same here. They COULD implement rules on behavior, but is there much point? Seems like they'd just piss everyone off more; people don't have to listen to it in the first place.
Not surprised by his saltiness. Priest players think they are so great because they can control most decks, but pw usually beats them up so they have hatred for that deck.
Priset decks are like hillary. They feel they are superior and entitled to win. Pirate Warrior is like Trump they don't care about playing nice they just want to win.

Can't help but laugh at those with false sense of superiority, just because they don't play aggro decks.

It is disgusting how people justify animal behaviour by "cancerous decks". Guess why? Probably they also behave like that.
