It all depends on what you have and what you want to play. I'm usually against dusting unless it's a really bad legendary that isn't from the classic set and now with the no dupes rules only if you won't open any more packs from that set. So I'd say dust crap like Rend Blackhand unless you want to meme and focus on getting gold for KOFT packs mostly and a few Un'goro packs (At least open until you get a legendary, which you will on the first 10 packs)

I have been hearing about this and I'm not sure how it works. First ten packs as in first 10 ever from the expansion or first ten as of the change? Say I have opened a quite a few gadgetzan packs before this first 10 legend change but havent done so recently. Will this first 10 legend affect me?

In theory, it was supposed to be first 10 packs ever, but most people (myself included) got a legendary on the first 10 packs of each set (with classic being an exception). Worked for me on Old Gods and Gadgetzan aswell, even though I had previously opened some packs.
I would keep all my wild cards, just because wild can be a quite different experience than standard. So switching modes can be relaxing. But I also can understand if you want to use your dust of cards which you unlikely will play.
Therefore, I recommend to keep at least all the good cards from wild, like Belcher, Dr. Boom, Shredder, etc. In this way, you will still have a pretty diverse collection to play different decks in wild.
Bad idea in my opinion. Dusting wild cards it's so bad in the long run and it's like saying 'OK Blizz I give you my soul and you will dictacte what should I play or not since now'. I really can't understand people who aprove that honestly. And will be worse when the game gets older because the variety and the fun you will find in wild it's always something that sooner or later any player will appreciate. The game is still 'young' though. What if one day you decide to come back to wild because you are burned of facing the same 4-5 decks in standard? Then it's gg. And this will happen every year at some point, we already know that. Don't sell your soul and take care.
I don't play wild so I disenchant everything that goes there. Unless you're a collector there's no reason to keep cards you aren't going to play. It's mostly the same stuff in wild and new expansions usually bring new archetypes usually. People complain it's always the same stuff in standard but wild is literally all the old shit that rotated out.
Just if you can craft several decks, otherwise I don´t see a reason to do so.
See, if you were to DE your Wild cards to play ONE deck in standard then you would be tied to that, but if you can have more than ONE deck in wild why bother? It is still hearthstone.
One Standard deck may get boring or you may get to craft something that ultimately won´t be strong and you will regret it, I would say No, don´t do it, play the game and collect some cards, upgrade what you have, and if you have fun then consider doing the Collection Purge once the new year comes and you can start from a new rotation.
I'd be careful about what you dust. Keep all your Commons, because 5 dust really isn't worth depriving yourself of a card. Then take a look at all the higher-rarity cards and dust whatever you're super disinterested in playing.
just got back into HS after a long break and dont have great cards. should i disenchant wild cards to make a good standard deck? is it worth it.
If you never plan on playing Wild... but honestly Wild is a lot more fun.

Thank you for the answers everyone, Think ill stick with keeping most of them and dusting the trash <3
I'd sau just play a arena for a while .
It really helps if you are a good player .
I play Wild, but I dusted all the trash legendaries, gold epics and rares. Why I should keep them, if I'll never play them?
It is not worth the dust you were going to get.
Dead but dreaming
