I made a Wild Midrange Paladin with no Recruit synergies and named it "Dud... wait, no dudes?"
Edit: I learned that I can include any characters in deck names, not only basic letters, numbers etc. My Recruit version of that deck is now called "Send Dudes ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)".
I don't like overused, trendy names like Graham, Lazaro, and Tanner, just the basics like Fred, Bob, and Jake. Perhaps old-school like Gus, Mac, and Guy. Seriously though, if it's cancer I call it that to remember - Jade Cancer and Naga Cancer, DK if it has a death knight, Highlander if it's that, so Highlander DK Cancer Priest.
Are you trying to use the alphabet in such a way that the name would be pronounced the same way as in English or so that you turn each letter individually to its equivalent?
For netdecked ones, I typically use descriptive names, either their original ones or something like <author> <expansion> <archetype>.
Slightly customized versions (with just a few cards changed) get a trailing "-ish" after author's name, e.g.: Kripp-ish Disneyland Warrior.
With fully homebrew decks, I try to be both descriptive and somewhat funny, often attaching words together, like:
AmaRazaKaza (highlander priest with quest)
Aggroken (aggro-token druid, btw makes me think of Kenshiro for some reason, lol)
Beastly Hunter (beast hunter which I also thought was strong, at the time)
And highly experimental decks usually get a prefix like Funky or Whacky, added to the rest of their names. Depending on the level of crazyness of the list, it may escalate to Whackier or Whackiest... :P
Druid, Where's My Justicar (Druid Hero Power/Inspire deck)
Pirated Shredder - Rogue Mech/Pirate deck
Hunter decks are mostly variants on Hunter S. Thompson, so Hunter Beast Thompson, Hunter S. Locks-On (Lock and Load Hunter) etc.
Return of the King - Hunter King Krush OTK deck (with Abominable Bowman)
Ice to See You (Freeze Mage)
Mech My Day (Mech Mage)
Kevin Shields (Paladin Divine Shields deck for the MBV fans)
Miller's Crossy Rogue (Mill Rogue obv. - apologies to the Coens for associating Miller's Crossing with Crossy Road...)
All my Priest decks are called Jason, because uh, Jason Priestly - so, Jason Stealy, Jason Healy etc...
Warrior decks are named after songs or albums by 90's alt-metal band, Warrior Soul, e.g. Drugs, God and The New Republic became 'Yogg, Old Gods & The New Expansion'
The only deck with a special name, is my evolve shaman. It's named after my girlfriend, because of the similarities.
1. She flooded my appartment with annoying gimmicks, like shaman floods the board
2. They share the same bloodlust!
And 3. It's a wonder, how both can evolve from such cute beeings to hellish demons Oo

I chose the first option of the vote. Some of the names I'm most proud of are:
Caviar - For an egg druid with the murloc/finja package (murlocs ~= fish)
Amarenozakusoth - Some credit to Day9, he had a similar name, but this was a (pre-KFT) quest highlander deck with the usual culprits and N'zoth.
Come back fishies! - for my Anyfin can Happen Paladin deck.

My names with some of the representative cards in the description (all wild decks):
I named my older Zoolock deck 'Poolock' because I'm a mature, creative person.
