I either come up with a unique name for each of my decks or use a naming system. For the naming system, I have one part I always use depending on the class and one part I change depending on the theme.
Druid - ______ Cereal (ex. Totally Cereal)
Hunter - ______ the Face (ex. N'Zoth the Face)
Mage - ______ Bitch (ex. Ice Bitch)
Paladin - ______ Justice (ex. Captain Justice)
Priest - ______ and Pass (ex. Purify and Pass)
Rogue - ______ Rogue (ex. Mill Rogue)
Shaman - ______ Force (ex. Jinyu Force)
Warlock - ______ Zootopia (ex. C'thun Zootopia)
Warrior - Iron ______ (ex. Iron Monkey)
My favorite deck name that doesn't use the naming system is Blaze of Glory (Elemental Paladin).
Usually just 'Custom [x]' or a really quick description of the decktype so I don't forget if I have multiple decks. Usually in all caps because I like that.
The only exceptions are 'MWAHAHAHAHAHA' for Mill Rogue, and 'If you can't beat 'em...' for my Aggro Druid.
Well, I am not that creative, I use for example "Control" for control paladin.
Pirate Warrior - pirate Control Paladin - control Control Warlock - control Secret mage - secret Aggro-Token Druid - Aggro-Token Big Priest - BIG etc. ...
Typically I have rather describing names. Often I pick a card or two that makes the deck different from other decks within that archetype. I might also name the deck after a signature Legendary, but occasionally I come up with something a bit more creative (Or in some cases obvious would be a better word.) Looking at the deck tracker archive I've had decks such as:
Shut Up! (Silence priest)
Ice Age (Freeze mage)
Grasping for Straws (Hunter deck during MSG, when no one played the class)
Fast Freeze (Aggressive Freeze mage of sorts)
Cult of the Forest (Hunter deck that tried to solve the draw problem, with Cult Master)
Howls of the Dead (N'zoth Hunter, with lots of beasts)
First Frost of Winter (First deck I made in KFT featuring Frost Lich Jaina)
Outlast (Control paladin with lots of healing cards)
Sapphire Forest, Dream, Isles (Malygos Hunter, Druid, Shaman) Price of Death (Scourgelord Warrior) Piracle Rogue (Miracle Pirate Rogue) Shadow Hide You (Cats in Hats Secret Hunter) Yogg, the Loaded Giant (Yogg-Saron Hunter with Arcane Giants) Abominations Wrath (King Krush OTK Hunter) 42 Eyeballz (C'Thun Druid) Savage Memories (Resembles the old Force of Nature + Savage Roar Druid, but uses murlocs instead for the otk)

if it's a Meta deck i just give the deck the common name for easy reference: patron warrior, Token Pala, Mid-range hunter etc...
If it's one of my own creation i usually give a Winx's name plus an adjective that i see most fitting for the deck: ie: Bloom's Dragon Flame for my Dragon burn Mage.
of course there's an exception to the rule in both, i use "Flora's Miracle" for plant rogue, Stella's Wishes" for Djinni priest and "Accel World hunter" for a homebrew hunter based on getting things from your deck into your hand or battlefield , featuring Patches the Pirate, Desert Camel, the Finja package and The Curator to dub as card draw.
I usually have 1 deck per class And they are always named the same
Druid - A natural mistake
Hunter - DoesntHitTheMark
Priest - ThatWasntPlanned
Mage - Its A Secret
I dont play the other classes enough to want to name them.

My favorite deck name that doesn't use the naming system is Blaze of Glory (Elemental Paladin).
I used to have a hybrid dragon/beast druid deck called Draconian Beastiality!
I always name my decks with something to do with shit
poopy - control warlock
shitty - taunt warrior
feces - miracle rogue
etc etc.
I call my decks Steve. All of them.

i am too lazy to name my decks

Why Rogue is my favourite class:
My submission for this week's card design competition.
I often go for fancy theme names that are actually one with the design and key cards.
However, when i publish here on hearthpwn, i switch to key words, in order to become visible to search.
Well, I am not that creative, I use for example "Control" for control paladin.
Pirate Warrior - pirate
Control Paladin - control
Control Warlock - control
Secret mage - secret
Aggro-Token Druid - Aggro-Token
Big Priest - BIG

since I am the onlybone seeing those names not much reason to name them something I wont recognize immediately.
tend to name all murloc decks mrglglglgl though.
Functional deck names only for me, usually something to do with the deck Archetype.
I name them after disases which fits them. Like cancer - jade druid.
"Reno DK value Hunter" xD
I guess the best name I have called a deck would be "Recruitment day" Paladin with all the dude cards xD.
They mainly get functional names like "wild midrange", but I have had:
HandyPandy (handlock, rip, miss you molten!)
I hunt U (midrange hunter)
I combo U (combo druid)
The Real Control (Reno/N'Zoth warrior)
Piratas face (because of a Spanish friend)
Face is the Place (face hunter)
Zoo cancer
Big Boyz (big priest/druid)
