I have defeated the Lich King so far with Hunter, Paladin, Mage and Druid. I have been navigating the forums and it looks like the Murloc package can take care of the rest (except Warrior). I am missing 1x Murloc Warleader and 2x Murloc Tidecaller.
Plenty Warrior variations don't rely at all on Murlocs tribe. I don't think wasting dust to complete a skin worth any of it dust-counter part.
Just mulligan a little harder for the perfect starting hand, save up your dust for real valuable
Edit : I must also add, yesterday morning, there was already more than 600 deck posted on this site for the Lich King PvE, just search a little deeper :)
And you can also try crafting a tidecaller, and trying with it.. you dont need to have all murlocs to win, it just makes it easier but can be done without them..
I won my Warrior match up against Lich King with the murloc package. It was tough, but it worked.
I drafted Murloc Warleader some time ago because its a core card to any murloc deck, so i think you won't regreat. Murloc Tidecaller costs only 200 dust and you can try to replace it for something else, although its a great one drop.
TBH, i drafted 2 Brawl to defeat the LK and i didn't even use them. But I don't regreat because its a core Warrior card.
The question of dust to get a skin depends on a few things. If your f2p, how long you have been playing the game, will it make your card collection better, and you play murlocs in other decks or it will help you make a good deck. The 2 cards you mention are from the Classic set, you will have them forever and murloc decks can be good if you have the right cards. For me, id rather have a stronger collection than a skin, I dust all extra gold cards to build the collection. Its up to you, but its not really a bad choice if your going to come out stronger from crafting the cards, or if other cards may make your existing decks stronger.
I would say, yes it is worth, but only because the cards you want to craft are also played in ranked. But in general, if you need to craft bad cards or wild cards without playing wild, in order to achieve a skin, no.
I spent most of my 2k arcane dust that Blizzard gave on getting this thing done (but I have an obsession with getting every hero that I can), maybe see if you want to play those cards in a murloc deck for Paladin after defeating the Lich King if not you are gonna have to try a few more times and its going to be harder.
I had to craft one copy of Dead Man's Hand (I only had one) to defeat with Warrior and found out it was really fun to play with. Maybe you also find some use of these cards later. They are stable in all murloc decks, especially Warleader.
Dude it is just an achivement. But it depends on how much you want that portrait. I have defeated The Lich King with every class. I have lots of cards in my collection but there are also missing cards. Before you craft those cards try as much as you can. I did it like this. By the way those murloc cards are the must have ones if you play murloc decks. So without beating The Lich King you can consider to craft those cards. Also you can easly beat him with murloc paladin, shaman and murloc warlock.
In my opinion he looks totally ridiculous, both the art and the emotes. It's intentionally cheesy, with your Silver Hand recruits sparkling like Twilight.
So if you like cheese, go for it.

Is it worth the craft?
Nice

"What have you got there,
PinocchioMalygos?"Try a few times without the cards you dont have, it may be harder but can be done..
Yeah, a toast!
Craft Murloc Warleader. It's required in every competitive murloc deck.
I use murlocs in paladin match only, so You can beat Lich without crafting also
NO.DO NOT CRAFT.TRY AS HARD AS YOU CAN WITH WHAT YOU HAVE.
Best quotes:
"Casual is perfectly fine"
"warlock is not overpowered"
"Playing odd paladin just to test it"
And you can also try crafting a tidecaller, and trying with it.. you dont need to have all murlocs to win, it just makes it easier but can be done without them..

And have Arthas is totally worthy!

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

I only used murlocs in Paladin, all other decks did really fine without them.
Who can take your trash out?
Stomp it down for you?
Shake the plastic bag
and do the twisty thingy, too?

Let me answer that with a big: YES
Arthas is a great portrait. I love him so much better then Liadrin

The shaman trial pretty much tells you to make a murloc quest deck because Megafin and friends don't get hit with the 1/1 penalty.
