Once, but it was for reasons that had nothing to do with the game.

Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
Honestly i think im having an abusive relationship with this game. Things started to go downhill for me during the Mean Streets expansion. I started playing the game around the Grand Tournament expansion with Quartermaster Pally, then moved to Totem Shaman, then to Jade Druid, then to Evolve Shaman, Pirate Warrior (Cant beat em, join em) and now im playing Freeze Mage. No matter what i couldnt get past Rank 16. Recently, ive been salt quitting and then coming back after a day since Pirate Warrior. I always tell myself "What if I change this or that in my deck?" but each time i keep failing. I've always had hopes for Hearthstone to one day get better (Ungoro helped a bit) but idk Frozen Throne seemed like a lacking expansion. The future of this game doesnt look bright in my opinion. Anyone else feel the same way?
I didn't play during the shaman meta. It was pointless to not play shaman and playing shaman when you didn't mirror was just so broken it was impossible (for me) to have fun. It just felt like cheating.
I'm pretty close to just packing it up now and wait for the next expansion. Druid is in an even more horrifying state than shaman was back then.
I truly do like to the game, but broken unfairness in a card of this type is offputting to me. I don't like playing it and I don't like playing against it.
I have quit HS once: two weeks leading up to this expansion. And, I had decided to quit altogether but decided to at least dump my saved gold and play the adventures.
As dumb as this may sound, I'm only still playing now because of DruidStone, Exodia Mage, and Deathstalker Rexxar (in Wild).
I got fed up over the last couple expansions of essentially losing matches on Turn 0 versus Pirate Warrior and other flavours of single-player SMOrc decks that I decided to just quit. The game had become too expensive and was leading to RNG-induced PTSD.
However, KFT introduced so many anti-aggro and late-game swing tools that I don't worry like I used to about aggro; it's not an auto-loss anymore.
So, at least until I start auto-losing again within 4 turns, I guess I'll stick around.
Twice. I quit during Old Gods and then came back for KFT. It was incredibly hard to build my collection back up from the previous expansions I missed, almost made me quit on the spot. I put alot into building out some expensive decks (for example, Highlander Priest), matches were taking way too long and for such marginal win rates. Not worth it.
And now I've quit again when Kobolds was released. Who knows when I'll return.
0 times. I regret not being around when GvG was in standard though, those cards always looked fun. I miss nexus champion saraad and justicar trueheart...

Look at this thing and let me know what you think!
I've never straight up quit, uninstalling the game or anything but I tend to just stop playing for about a month or more sometime after the most recent expansion generally up until the next expansion gets announced and I get hyped again
the only time i ever quit the game 100% like wasnt even doing quests was during mean streets. i hated that meta so bad i almost quit card games as a whole. but then returning around frozen throne and kobolds hooked me back in
once before msog. I have some real life issues and couldn't reach even internet connection.
Such that I realised new cards after i joined for a casual game. I guess I had quit web fully. :D

Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
I've quit twice. Once shortly after release (lasted about a year), and once right before TGT. I do take breaks whenever the meta gets stale(like now) where I will only play long enough to complete some quests if I'm going to miss out. I find that the uncertain meta right after an expansion (and especially last year when they did the standard rotation) is the most fun time to play.
None because i'm not a drama queen lol HAIL GVG DR.7 META

"Nerf Paper," said Rock.
This is my third time, but it's only until Finals are over.
Like 2 or 3 times... my tolerance for brainless bs is not very high.

Quit once for about a month towards the end of Un'Goro. Just got bored.
I've never "quit" but I've gotten bored of it and taken an extended break several times
Say "Wow" for RNG!

I quit every night before I go to bed.
