I am a f2p user and i am proud of my collection, but to get more cards i never crafted a single golden and always DE the golden ones if i have extra. Its happened yesterday that i opened a golden prince keleseth, ( playing for 4 years now) and i had never opened a single golden legendary before. Should i keep it or DE it ? I am looking for DK jaina and guldan from KFT and prophet Velen because i am a main priest player and like combos.
Just because disenchanting a golden legendary means you get a dust for a normal legendary to craft , but lose the golden tag.
Eventough i think keleseth is not bat all and has its place in some decks, its unreliable , dont like it's playstyle very much.
So my question is? Should i disenchant him, and if the answer is yes, which legendary the best to craft from the 3?
Nothing terrible will happen if you spray it. I got rid of 3-4 gold legendary cards in favor of playable ordinary legendary. Guldan and Velen are very strong cards. Leach Jaina. It has not yet fully revealed its potential
My Rule is: Only disenchant, if you need the dust. My second rule is: Don't disenchant, if it's a classic card (since these cards don't rotate out)
To answer your question: If disenchanting Kel helps you to craft cards, which you need to play your decks, than yes, disenchant it. No reason to keep a niche card, which will rotate out of standard. If you want to play Jaina or Guldan, it's probably the best time now.
If you really need some dust to complete the deck you're looking for, then go for it. But if you aren't in dire need of crafting a fundamental piece to go on with your favourite deck, then keep it and wait: you can always dust him later.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
Either keep it (he might perform well) either dust to craft Velen. The 2 other DK are not that strong, it wouldn't mean a real boost to your collection... and you say you like priest and combo...

I crafted him for zoolock, doing quite fine a powerhouse indeed, and the deck functions well without 2 cost cards anyway.

Keep him! He's seeing play in warlock and paladin and may see alot more play soon. I crafted him in gold on day 2 for my renolock and zoolock.
