This is the first time that my alternate region (EU) Hearthstone account has ever had a card that my main account did not have. What's extra nice is that at the very low level ranked, the games tend to be slow enough that you actually get to draw, play, and use the hero power of your new deathknight hero. Rexxar in EU is fun with a budget deck, especially since he pulls totally random minions and you don't actually need any particular beast in your deck to make his ability work.
Yeah but with C'thun it's just the same as your C'thun. Now you have a chance to try an actually distinct card in each different region, assuming you don't just random the same Death Knight.

uhmm, c'thun is also worth it, since you get it for opening a wotg pack
