Normally for me I typically have good luck on day 1 of expansions when opening packs and getting multiple legendaries but not so much this time around.
100 Packs total, Going in hearthstone packs left order:
90 = Keleseth
69 = Garrosh
64 = Bolvar (Golden)
33 = Thrall
And that was it. Epics weren't kind either. Granted I managed to get 21 epics but 3 were a triplicate and 8 others were duplicates resulting in only 15 unique epics.
Does the legendary pull sound right with the change in the pity timer? I thought it was 1 in every 10 packs but I'm recalling something about that being China only?
The chance of finding a legendary in a pack has always been approximately 1 in 20, with a "Pity Timer" that guarantees at least one after 39 packs without (see https://hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Card_pack_statistics#Rarity_distribution). There are no known differences between regions. The only change since Frozen Throne is that players are now also guaranteed at least one in the FIRST 10 packs of any expansion; after that the regular pity timer kicks in again.
You are now slightly under average (1 in 25), but your pity timer is already at 32 so you're guaranteed another one after at most 8 more packs - and at that time you'll be a bit closer to the overall average. (Still below, but not by much - just statistical variance at work).
I opened close to 100 packs, got 6 Legendaries, plus my first ever gold Legendary. I came away with Bloodqueen Lanathel, Archbishop (gold), Lillian Voss, DK Garrosh, Hadronox, and Sindragosa (gold). My favorite classes are Warrior/Mage/Priest and I don't like playing Warlock (so OF COURSE I open the Warlock Legendary). I'm giving serious thought to dusting Sindragosa and craft the Lich King.
Opened just above 60 packs. Got 6 legendaries. So I bet ITS just bad rng. My brothers rng was bad too. 4 legends our of 100 packs - so it could have been Worse for u sir:))
Got unlucky with this expansion ... bought 60 packs with gold and got only 3 legs. Also noticed that I actually got more dupes out of it than from Ungoro... common ones. but oh well RNG is RNG... crafted other legendaries I wanted with dust ))
Six legendaries out of 197 packs feels incredibly low, and when three of them (the Princes) are outright trash mode, and two of the others questionable at best, it feels really bad :(
There were also some other weird things happening with the drop rates, I feel. For example, I got 11 Snowfury Giant and 9 Ultimate Infestation.

that's 32 packs per legendary. That's about average.
Given the rest of the thread, it looks like the system is about normal.
Note that someone analyzed that the new system actually isn't that big a bonus to people who buy a lot of packs. It's a bonus to your rates but a SMALL one. What this mostly benefits are the folks who buy about 10-30 packs as before they could easily go without a single legendary and now they can get at least one (and most times 2).
So the VERY small fries got a big boost while the folks who buy a lot really should be feeling business as usual, except that you won't double up on a legendary.
2 from 56, 1st at 6th (Guldan DK), second somewhere right before halfway (25th ish) (Thrall DK).
At least 2 that look like they will be playable, but not impressed with the drop rate (1 in 50 after the initial guaranteed one).
Update: opened 20 more packs which got me Lilian Voss (in the 5th). Drop rate after the initial guaranteed is now 1:35, I'm essentially getting them from the pity timer.
Got 16 in 250 (1 gold) for 1 in 15.6 pack average. Going by 1 in 20 being normal odds, that would equate to 12.5 expected (round up to 13 or so for the 1 in 10 initial). So a bit of a high roll.
Un'Goro pack opening was really frustrating for me, so I'll take it.
Interesting tidbit...after 250 packs I'm missing 6 legendaries and 7 (unique) epics (22 epics total). So kind of weird; but it does feel better not getting 3 of one Prince and 2 of another in the opening over getting 5 copies of 4 different Epics but none of 7 others.
6 from 58. Best haul ever!! They just kept coming, man. One of them was golden, too,

Just your feelings. Luckily I got 8 legend (1 golden) in 60 packs. The rate is always RNG

Idk I got 8 from opening 91 packs. All rng

I felt like the legendary rate was really low this time around... I opened 197 packs, and I got:
Sindragosa
Archbishop Benedictus
Moorabi
Prince Keleseth
Prince Taldaram
Prince Valanar

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.
312 packs
19 legendaries
Also, I think I was just really luck because the first three DK cards I got were gold and I began to think perhaps they were just always gold.
56 packs.
I got 3 legendaries: Lich King, Golden Jaina and Guldan.
Those were actually the ones I wanted the most. I am just happy I avoided the packfiller-princes.
Greetings traveler.
100 packs:
Arfus
The Lich King
Sindragosa
Blood-Queen Lana'thel
Bolvar, Fireblood
Archbishop Benedictus
Moorabi
Crafted Bloodreaver Gul'dan since I wanted to play Control Warlock anyways.
And Shadowreaper Anduin from Prologue :)

CCGing since '98.
This has definitely been one of the most mixed releases in terms of drop rate, - some people seem to be doing really well whilst others not so well.
It's completely different from all previous releases.
Friend got 9 in 40 it's just rng it's always been rng
G=Good B=Bad Do you see the pattern? Every second expansion is always trash.
G: Goblins V Gnomes , Old Gods, unguro
B: TGT, gadgetzan, Knights (Unreleased so MAYBE)
I got 9 in 90 packs. So more than ever for me
I got 6 legendaries (1 golden), 19 epics (2 golden), and 76 rares (4 golden), along with 7 golden commons.
Guess I got lucky.
116 packs, 12 legendaries
4 legendaries in 109 packs (all normal).
In Ungoro I got 8 legendaries in 96 packs (1 of them golden).
In MSoG I got 4 in 92 (all normal, one duplicate).
So it's all about RNG.
