When i saw card i think that is cool, but all people says that will be broken.
I am only see a neutral and conditional wickerflame.. also tolvir shaperstoner can be better that this card.
And in arena is so bad. Its only a 3/3 card with divine shield and taunt in better scenarios (probably never gets the 4 bonus) . In contructed iam only see this card like antiaggro tool? and only in some class. because is so optimistic that this card have the 4 bonus in rogue and hunter.
I'm with you op. This is the most overrated card so far. We have a 4 mana 3/3 with divine shield already and it sees no play. Adding on taunt and lifesteal makes it marginally better, but also much worse in the late game. I can only see it having windfury in shaman decks, but that means cutting jade and elemental synergy to fit it in. I'm probably undervaluing it somewhat, but people need to think about silvermoon guardian before they start saying this card will be in every class. Lol. Hell, I don't think it's even good enough for aggro.
How is 4 mana 3/3 with Divine shield and Taunt bad? It's better than Psych-o-Tron which is 5 mana 3/4 with Divine and Taunt. And it's really good in arena. And the fact you can get this card on the board on turn 4 with all 4 bonuses is busted. I think this card will be new Vicious Fledgling it's slower but harder to remove.
it will be auto include in all paladin decks since both midrange and control paladin lists plays divine shield and taunt minions. divine shield taunts are always annoying against classes that can't ping.
If this card is consistently a 4 mana 3/3 with all listed attributes, and you don't have to sacrifice deck quality to do it, then yes it will be very very very good. However it will not be 100% consistent and you WILL almost certainly have to sacrifice at least a little quality. Until we know the degree of both factors, its impossible to know how good this is.
If this was just a 4 mana 3/3 with taunt, windfury, life steal, and divine shield.... it would be amazing.
In a control deck where it can get all 4 tags, it's amazing. Even 3 tags (no Windfury) is really really good for control
A 3/3 Divine Shield, Windfury is nice and aggressive, but it's too easy to kill on turn 4. Shaman trades in a token and uses Jade Lightning, Pirate Warrior hits with the weapon and trades in the 3/4 pirate, Mages ping and Frostbolt, Priests Shadow Word: Pain. I dunno. As an aggressive tool, I'm not fully convinced, but I'm definitely gonna try it.
And also in aggro :) this card is op. 4 mana 3/3 windfury divineshield it is also aggro.
So you're gonna play Young Dragonhawk in your aggro deck instead of a good minion? The only class with a good windfury is shaman.
Shaman is one aggro class. Shaman can use Al'Akir and with only Al'Akir is a 4 mana 3/3 divine shield windfury taunt. So you know pretty op. Other classes could consider raging worgen, and young dragonhaunck yes, Dragonhaumck yes sometimes was used before even in buff paladin and zoo lock. we have too see.
I don't think raging worgen works. Windfury, barring any new neutral "good" windfury minions will likely generally only be seen in Shaman. I think we'll obviously see this in paladin, I think we'll see it in shaman as well and I think it'll MOSTLY be an anti aggro too as the keywords are more plentiful in that direction.
Giving either of these Lifesteal means were going to be gaining 6 life in a good scenario. So vs aggro, and late game not bad if you need sustain. Giving them taunt protects against aggro. And Windfury can mostly be ignored because its not as useful, but it is a removal magnet/cannot be ignored.
So, really the card is at minimum extremely good imo. Its not meta defining, and isn't going to see major play in a lot of decks.
And also in aggro :) this card is op. 4 mana 3/3 windfury divineshield it is also aggro.
Yeah, supposing that there's something even modestly playable with windfury to include then I expect Zoo decks to be the ones who actually get the most out of this card. Of course, that means something better than the current 1 Mana 1/1 or 3 Mana 2/3 so there's that.
lol 'only a 4 mana 3/3 with divine shield and taunt'. If that card existed outright it would be a 100% pick in arena every time it came up. This card is very good.
I think it's only good because it can be better Wickerflame. Still you need to pull him off before your taunt lifesteal and divine shield minions to be worth playing. I still see this card as anti aggro than aggro. Could be well used in paladin which with Tirion already has divine and taunt only good minion with lifesteal is missing unless they changed the title at Wickerflame but this is kinda Wickerflame replacement so there should be still lifesteal minion
And also in aggro :) this card is op. 4 mana 3/3 windfury divineshield it is also aggro.

Aggro buff paladin and Aggro shaman. buff pladin was shitty. now we will see.
We'll have to see the rest of the cards, but I think from what we know it'd be good in an aggro paladin. Argent Squires for Divine shield and Chillblade Champions for life steal, which is good in an aggro match up. Also Chillblade Champion itself has charge. Could be fun. Personally I wouldn't run aggro. I would run something like this and go hand buff midrange. I think this card is insane with hand buffs.
it's almsot a must in Paladin decks that are running wickerflame because then it becomes a wickerflame, since wickerflame give sit divine shield, taunt and life-steal so if Paladin was already good at Tirionception then in Koft you'll like your wickerflame into wickerflame with your wickerflame.
It will be good in midrange decks like midrange shaman with, as someone already pointed out, Al'Akir the Windlord. Al'akir alone provides taunt, windfury and divine shield. Aggro and Midrange paladin also play divine shield and taunt with a card like Tirion Fordring and, if this card would be more interesting to try out, Bolvar, Fireblood with just divine shield.
The better part is that it's an absolute amazing card for midrange orientated decks. Aggro can see some use of it, but I wouldn't be 100% sure of it. That would require some testing.
This card, however, is simply worse for control, combo and tempo decks. Control simply cries, it doesn't do that much. Combo doesn't care and doesn't play windfury, taunt and divine shield. It may use Lifesteal, but that will be marginal or with spells. Mind you that this card only checks minions, not spells, so spells like Spirit Lash won't work. Another thing is that such a minion has to be in your deck. Aggro and Midrange running out of cards is very rare, but it happens much more with Control and Combo decks. Then it would indeed be a dead card if it's at the bottom of your deck.
Tempo doesn't have any of those minions and it doesn't give a tempo advantage. They are also more spell orientated than minions, so the value of minions played have to be high.
It would be really good in arena, however maybe not so much I constructed as most decks are agressive. But the whole set isn't released yet so there might be some good synergies with his card that might make decks on ladder a bit slower

Bitch i'm Willy Wonka!
I think it's overrated, but I also think it has a ton of potential, and that's the aspect that has people really excited about it.
It's also a good Handjob Pally support card, and that's always a plus to me.
