Nah, it's ok, no need to consider it a rip-off... more like a specialized version.
As for myself, I'm good, really. You see, I started as a pure F2P, then after a while decided to grab the welcome offer, just like you, because it was such a good deal. Played as "F2P-ish" or "almost F2P", whatever you want to call it, for some time. Then recently decided to break the piggy-bank and bought a couple bundles (still on the mid-low end of the spending spectrum). So atm I feel like I'm in some neutral, middle-of-the-road position... as such, I'm not particularly interested in this or that segment, but prefer to look at the general picture.
But if you feel like it, go ahead and take all the credit you want! ;)
Divide the first number by (second number minus KFT cards since are uncollectible anyway for now).
72.25% of all cards my percentage, seems like many people either range for almost completion or completed based on votes.
You are correct, to be precise we should subtract the number of KFT cards, since those are still unreleased.
I was aware of that, but decided not to specify it in the instructions in order not to make them too complicated, and also because 8 out of 2200+ shouldn't make a difference in most cases, with brackets as large as 10% each.
OK, the difference will get bigger as they'll announce more new cards from July 24th onward... maybe this wasn't the best time to create this sort of poll, lol. But eventually the issue will solve itself with KFT launch ;)
Remind yourself to share the post again some time after the expansion =) I am going for a full collection of the next expansion this time!
Whoops, was almost forgetting this! :P
Hope it's not considered necro-posting... guy did ask to "share the post again some time after the expansion", so here it is ;)
About 80% which is perfect since they are all useful cards with very little junk! :)

76.65% and that honestly feels about right to me considering I've only done the pre-order 2 or 3 times but play enough to get packs from gold at a decent pace.
The poll isnt really useful to newer players. Newer players like myself are likelly focusing in on the Classic and 2017 sets with little time left to play 2016 sets. I do see wild in my future, but starting a month before Ungoro my collection of older cards is somewhere in the 10%-20% range. My collection of newer cards is only in the 60%-70%.I April of 2018 it will go up to 80%-95% when Wotog and Gadgetzan rotate out because I have been focusing on Classic and this years sets and only filling in some cards from the 2016 sets.
F2P (I only bought the welcome bundle) since TGT, keeping every card that I don't have more than two copies of. I use gold only to play arena and I usually get in this way packs for 50-25 gold each. Also, at the launch of every expansion I often manage to have enough gold to buy 50/70 packs on release day
35%. I'm surprised because I've been playing for 3 years now, but I used to dust everything that seemed crap until a year ago (including commons and rares) to get more legendaries.

I have a friend who always did that. I was constantly telling him (and everyone else) not to, but no one ever listens.
He eventually quit Hearthstone because he never had a broad enough collection to keep up with shifts in the meta. I'm sure it got very frustrating for him.

I don't really regret it (a lot) because I only dusted bad cards (and I rarely ever dust a bad legendary, only did that like 3 times and for really bad ones), there have been just a couple times where I had to recraft something to play a deck, its even less of a problem to me because I play wild, new expansions don't impact the meta here as much as it does for standard

Ohh, yeah, he always dusted cards the second they rotated out, so it's a completely different situation. Glad you're making wiser choices!

Guys, please note that we're once again in the same situation as 4 months ago (see comments #5, #8 and # 12 in this thread). That is, some new expansion cards have been revealed and our collection page already takes them into account, although as you know all but 1 of those aren't collectible yet.
So if you want to be precise, you should subtract the number of unavailable cards (23 atm) from the total in the "All" box, before dividing your cards number by said total. Until new reveal wave hits, that would be xxxx/2465 (instead of xxxx/2488).

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.
