Blizzard said 9 classes are a perfect number and there are no plans to add new classes. So, which class would you remove to add DK if you could? Which one would be the minor lose for the game?
Should be priest, not fun, not meta, almost useless hero power, the only way to enjoy priest is playing dragons and they are not gonna last forever either, so, sure, take off priest if that bring a brand new DK class to the game!!!!!!
Priest is one of the more interesting classes of the 9 classes. It's funny how some people here are willing to swap him out. Even on Hearthpwn, it's often the class given the most consistent daily popularity on the site. The class by itself is a meme generator. Personally, I rather DK be added without any of the classes removed, but if it's any class I don't enjoy playing (at least more than the others), then it's either Druid or Paladin. With the exception of Druid, Pally have some uninteresting flavour, and sometimes feels like the other neutral class like Jaina does.

Well priest has some really stupid cards. I still can't sleep at night because of the Drakonid Operative. Man that card was definition of broken. Need Tirion? Take Tirion. Need Kazakus? Take Kazakus. Need Jaraxxus? Take Jaraxxus. Whatever you need, you get. Than we got Djinni Priest, basically if you had any minion that had 5 or less attack on the board you were most likely dead. And now we have beloved Silence Priest and Lyra Priest. It's just class that is not fun to play against.

To start off objectively: The class being removed needs to be the one contributing the least to the game. That means, it has to be a rather unpopular class with an unhealthy, rather bad Classic+Basis set card base.
That leaves us with the following candidates: Shaman, Hunter and Priest.
Priest, however, can be cut off immediately, even though the card foundation for Standard is not really good and there are not many good and especially synergistic cards. One would guess the class is hated alot, but it actually has way more lovers than haters and is also being considered one of the most fun classes (me included). Priest can build a plethora of (not always good) decks showing off a level of diversity many other classes don't - game in, game out.
Shaman is less popular and might have an even worse card base than Priest. The class-defining mechanic Overload is broken, as it can only be either underwhelming or overwhelming compared to the "lackluster" healing and stealing of the Priest. There is also more potential in the Priest mechanics in my opinion.
That leaves us with Hunter. In terms of competitiveness, this class should not even be considered to be cut. But it still is THE frontrunner in that regard, here is why:
The hero power and basic/classic cards are basically all laid out for a faster playing style. That makes Hunter the most stale and unneeded class in the whole game. You can't really play a slower Hunter deck, as the class cards - especially the Standard card foundation - don't really support this playing style. Adding all control cards needed in each new Standard set speaks for bad architectural card design. On top of that, Hunter isn't really popular either.
Any other class can go for a controllish and a fast-paced deck variant (yes, even Priest) - Hunter really can't.
i believe that priest is the hardesr class and the most skillful class in hearthstone cuz his hero power is the best control hero power in the game and he is the best class who do trades .. + not fun cuz not alot RNG thats why people hate him
Personally, I'd remove Shaman... I dislike the RNG Hero Power (as well as the RNG damage), the clunkiness of the Overload mechanic, how swingy the Murlocs are, and more specifically, I really dislike Bloodlust and Hex.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
Priest has a very clear identity I agree it is stealing cards from your opponent and using it for yourself and ofcourse healing and gaining card advantage.

None. I like the idea of DKs taking over for another class. It feels like it fits the lore and the higher starting level for DKs in Wow.

Jade Serpent guides you.
mage for sure
It's just class that is not fun to play against.
Bitch i'm Willy Wonka!
I hate priest man .
Not fun to play with or against . All it does it's annoying like ultra efficient removal, card steal etc .
priest should be removed anyway DK or not
I wouldn't. Having one class with a smaller card pool than the others is unbalancing, even in the super-long-term.
I stream dumb things! http://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/streams-and-videos/186621-yet-another-new-stream

Mage easily. Cancerous in Arena and annoying in Constructed. Its one of the RNG-heavier classes so i would not miss it.

That is why Hunter would be my choice here.

Mage. Fuck Mage.
Literally no class identity, a pile of 90 broken cards doesn't make a class.
Make the Card: The biggest thread on the site!
My mandibles which are capable of pressing down and tearing, my talons which are known to intercept and hold.

I vote Mage, because of there burn spells and Glyph into Fireblast happens way too often.
