I didn't found that. Could you please tell me where it is written?
What other kind of punishment would you expect for violating the terms of service? Bans are the punishment... that should be common sense. You don't need to have it spelled out for you.
Because any Violation is as bad as any other, right? And proportionality is not important, right? Bans are not the only punishment. It is even written in the ToS. They can also warn People. And their could be other ways to punish People as well, like temporal bans. From your logic your account can be banned even if you move and don't update your personal data. Do you think a ban would be justified in that case? I don't think so. But you don't get the main Point: Blizzard doesn't only have rights, they also have duties. They can't just randomly ban accounts. There must be a rule about that and that must be stated somewhere. And I was asking where it is stated. The ToS does NOT say that every Violation leads to a ban!!!
Streamers do the same, especially the ones who stream arena , they have 10+ accounts, yet they arent punish, you were either using third party programs or did something else. They stated that multiple accounts can lead to ban blahblah , but, they are milking money from sponsors for "popularity" , so they dont really care about it. You either "cheated" with something or idk .

I somehow envy you. At least you don't have to play this game anymore...
Lol, honestly i am not mad about lossing the accounts. I have more stuff to do in the future and without HS i have way more time. It is the way Blizzard deals with it.
So you play with 6 or more accounts... 1 real account and the rest is just for quest trading (reroll for the play a friend quest) and wonder why they ban you? Really?
As i wrote earlier. It was not about quest trading. I played all accounts frequently. Did always all quest.
And yes, i wonder, because also Blizzard has to stick to rules and i didn't found it. Bans are not the common punishment. Read the other comments first. It would help.
Guys, i got the official reason from Blizzard and it is crazy. I am accused to have used a third Party program. However, other than Innkeeper i didn't use any program. This brings it to another Level and therefore i will make a new thread discussing it there.

That is a bad sign. I've used Innkeeper a few times, didn't get banned thankfully.
I don't think you Need to worry about that. I think it was more about the way i played, which gave them the Impression that i used another Program. Because i was playing simultaneously, because i quit games when life of the lossing hero was under 15 and because i logged in with several accounts more or less at the same time.
They are very unspecific so they can basically do what they want, at least according to their EULA. I actually don't know whether you could sue them and win in court, but I doubt the hassle is worth it. It's probably cheaper to throw the Money into a new account, if you want to play this game in the future. Or just go and Play Gwent or Elder Scrolls: Legends
Thanks for the answer. Finally, someone how gets my question :) I think you are talking about 9.B and not 10.B, right? Well, i read that too and because of that i really don't know why they banned it, because my case is not listed in the list that causes bans. But you are right, they are really vage about it. Therefore i think the should at least justify it, but i didn't get any Details about it.
I am really not too mad about lossing the accounts. They weren't that good developed and there was a reason why i stoped playing HS in the first place. So i won't take any Actions on that matter. Just annoyed how Blizzard is handling the Situation.
No, actually I talked about 10Bii, Termination of the Agreement.
"Blizzard reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most Account suspensions and terminations are the result of violations of this Agreement. In case of minor violations of these rules, Blizzard may provide you with a prior warning and/or suspend your use of the Account due to your non-compliance prior to terminating the Agreement or modifying or deleting an Account."
Look, I want to tell you something because you're very dear to me. And I hope you understand that it comes from the bottom of my damaged, damaged heart. You are the finest piece of ass I've ever had and I don't care who knows it. I am so glad that I got to roam those hillsides.
Just out of curiosity... what exactly is it you did to get Blizzard's attention?
I remember when Morgl was added, Kripparian released a video about the fact that many people just made new accounts to "earn" him and some people kept these alt accounts because free to play alts were surprisingly fun. To my knowledge, most content-based big streamers have many free to play alts and aren't afraid to show them off. So it was my understanding that multiaccounts are only illegal on paper. I never heard of anyone actually getting banned for it

I figured that their is a difference between the US Eula and the EU Eula. Not only the numbers are different, but also the text:
If you fail to comply with any terms contained in this Agreement and/or the In-Game Policies, Blizzard will provide you with a warning of your non-compliance. In case of a serious violation of this Agreement or the In-Game Policies, Blizzard will be entitled to immediately terminate this Agreement and the Service without any prior warning. Serious violations are violations of important provisions which include Sections 1(A)(v), 1(A)(vi), 1(B)(iv), 1(C), 1(D)(i)(2)(g), 2 and 3(B) of this Agreement or repeated violations of other provisions of this Agreement or the In-Game Policies, including further non-compliance where you already have received a prior warning.

i can just guess. I was multiboxing 4 HS accounts at the same time. Everytime i logged in i did it with 4 accounts within a really short time. Then i was playing against my accounts to finish quest and thereby i concede everytime the lossing hero was below 15 HP. It is probably what raised their Attention.
This entire thread smacks of Troll.
I enjoy.
