Because it's not a buff, it's a separate 'Quest' effect that changes the base stats. It's sort of an Aura, similar to dire wolf alpha or raid leader, except you can't silence/destroy Crystal core.
Crystal core is stated as permanent, the and can't deal damage in itself. The minions are minions that can affect and be affected through gameplay, just not silenced. Again, it doesn't make sense/ is not stringent with the rest of the gameplay.
The minions can't be silenced or polymorphed/hexed but they can't be debuffed by Sunkeeper Tarim, so it doesn't really make sense how It works. They should fix it so that everything or nothing affects them.

Thought sunkeeper does work since it changes the stat, not silences it. The minions can still be buffed/debuff by effects, just not silences. Since the crystal is not a buff it cannot be silenced. Same reason why hex makes a 5/5 frog.
It appears inconsistent, however, it is. Should we be able to silence it? I think if silence worked on it the deck wouldn't be playable. There's already lots of decks that beat quest rogue.its not the strong so much as annoying.
crystal core change the base stat of all your minions to 5/5, they can be changed from 5/5 to anything else (buffs or de-buffs) and they can be silenced, but silencing them will just bring them to 5/5
Every minion the rogue has on the board from that point forward has a base statline of 5/5. That means a sheep will be a 5/5, a frog will be a 5/5 and silence will bring it back to 5/5, removing any buff or debuff that augmented the stats from 5/5. IE: You CAN silence a 15/15 Van Cleef but it will be silenced to it's 5/5 base statline.
I'm not suggesting it's balanced, overpowered or anything of the sort. I'm simply offering an explanation as to why it does make sense and why it's currently working as intended.
I can't really understand your broken english but it has already been explained to you multiple times how crystal core works. Silences don't work since crystal core changes the base stats of your minions. Crystal core isn't an effect that goes onto your minions, so why would it be something you can silence?
It makes perfect sense; the minions have their base stats changed to 5/5, which happens to all of them - a Wisp, or Deathwing. So, what exactly would you silence here? Except their "special abilities" which can be silenced, of course. You can buff and debuff from 5/5. It all makes perfect sense. They play a base 5/5 minion, you Aldor Peacekeeper it to 1/5. Then they buff it with Cold Blood etc.
This is because the Rogue Quest is a aura and not a buff/de-buff. If you silence a minion that is buffed by a Blessing of Kings or a minions that is de-buffed by Pint-Sized Potion it will reset to it's base stats because the effect is removed. But if you place a minion next to a Dire Wolf Alpha (or just play a Raid Leader), and then try silencing the +1 attack buff it won't go away because the attack is a aura generated by another card - The Rogue Quest works the same way, you just don't see it as a minion on the board. It's a aura that's cast on all of your minions which turns them into 5/5's, when you then try to silence them it doesn't set the minions health back to it's base stats because it's not a buff, but a aura - like the Dire Wolf.
See title.
They are all minions that get quest buffed to 5/5 and you can target them with other spells as you like.
Doesn't make sense in my opinion. Please fix.
They get silenced back to original, but the effect overrides every second so it becomes 5/5 again.
Playing since 1 June 2014.

That's exactly what needs to be fixed. The effect doesn't "override" every second when you deal damage to minions.
As said, it doesn't make sense, unless it was stated somewhere that minions can't be silenced or dispelled.

Easiest way I can explain it is that the quest permanently changes the base stats of the minions on your board, in your hand and in your deck to 5/5
Fuck cubelock

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
its like when you polymorph a minion and the sheep goes 5/5.
I think its because else it wouldnt be so easy anymore to play quest rogue. Thats not the idea of this deck. Its about facerolling and easy wins.
