i have really bad winrate agints quest rouge . it's too easy to complete the quest. sometime turn4 . how to beat them? when u win because rouge get really bad hand.
I think quest rouge is too easy. No hero can complete the quest in turn 4-6 except rouge. It's not fair. and the quest give too much value. Every 1 or 2 mana card are 5/5 charge or freeze or draw or give u some card in turn 6 that not make sense.
Bizzard should do anything with this. Quest rouge destroy all control deck. I dont know why blizzard always make aggro is better than control. control deck is more difficult but it's always have lower winrate than aggro deck.
If you want to have a high winrate against QR try aggressive decks like midrange hunter, pirate warrior, egg Druid.
Dirty Rat helps as well by pulling either the bounce-minion or minions that can bounce others. And sometimes QR simply can finish the quest on turn 3 and then they get their one game in which they can even beat aggro.
If you're having problems with Quest Rogue as a Control player, it's probably time to pull some kind of Aggro deck under your belt. Murloc Shaman and Stampede Hunter are both good choices against Quest Rogue, they often move too fast for Rogue to keep up with even with the Quest - which, for the record, actually does require a decent amount of curve to successfully pull off.
I've played a ton of Quest Rogue lately, and anything that starts decent runs me over. By the time I get my quest off I'm down to 10 health and playing catch up. Sometimes I can recover, but, most times not.
I do find it quite fun to play, so I can't seem to help myself and go play something better. Not everyone can be legend I guess :)
That's one of the things that gets lost in all the hate and salt directed at Quest Rogue...it really is fun to play and offers a lot of non-linear decision making.
Sure, you will get hands that just flat out win. But that's basically true of every deck in every CCG ever.
I loathe quest rogue and think it's terrible for the game. However, I've made my peace with it. It really is quite easy to beat with a faster deck. I personally go for aggro murloc pally. It tears quest rogue a new one. Also, I feel I have a decent chance against any other deck out there, even pirate (though they do have an advantage I think). I regularly beat quest warrior even though I feel like they should win.
Sorry man, you just gotta find a new deck sounds like.
The reason people hate playing against quest rogue is that it is a high roll deck and it is not interactive. If you hate losing to quest rogue, play aggro.
I don't think it is overpowered. People are not used to a new deck archetype so quest rogue had inflated win rate in the first month of Un'goro. Once you get it, it's a straightforward game. I played freeze mage 50% of the time above rank 4 last month and I had a positive win rate against quest rogue. And we've seen taunt warrior beating quest rogue in tournaments although it is not favored.

This is absolutely true, I've had games where I had every counter to my opponent with the 1st 5 turns and I've been on the receiving end of those games too.

Freeze Mage is about as hard counter to Wuest Rogue as they come. But that's exactly the problem. Quest Rogue forces the whole meta into a play me or tech specifically against me style of thing - exactly the same way that Pirate Warrior did last expansion. Blizzard have shown time and again that they are happy to allow this sort of thing to happen.
As stated before, the problem with Quest Rogue isn't it's win rate. It's the fact that it provides literally zero interactivity with the opponent. You might as well toss a coin at the start and the loser concede. It's all very well being able to beat the deck now and then, but when every game against it is simply playing "beat the clock" against a computer AI-styled opponent, then it feels pointless and aggravating. Even winning against this deck is dull and irksome at best.
The number of people defending Quest Rogue is too damn high. This is seriously depressing..
It's a garbage deck and i don't understand why are people so bitchy about them. You just gotta play aggressively against them. For me presonally they are easiest deck in the game to beat. The only way they can outvalue any other deck is if they have perfect draw, which doesn't happen all that often.
I mentioned freeze mage and taunt warrior as examples that control decks can beat quest rogue.
You have some good points. I don't enjoy playing against this deck. I think quest rogue would be a problem if its power level is comparable to pirate warrior last expansion. But it isn't at the moment. I don't necessarily assume my rogue opponent to be quest as there are miracle rogues out there. Quest rogue is weak to aggro and therefore it's unlikely that it becomes a big problem.
Midrange Paladin is very good vs this. The problem with quest rogue is alot of times it can go off T4 or 5, in which case you dont have much time to handle it. If you can drag them out to T6-7 you generally have a good chance of beating them.
Quest rogue defenders are missing the point. Not everyone enjoys grinding away with aggro or paladin. Sure quest rogue doesn't have a high winrate, but neither did jade druid. The fact that it exists makes it painful for me to que a game with priest, shaman or anything creative

Oh please, i've played Silence Priest for a day went 2-0 against Quest Rogue's, i've played Kalimos Shaman had around 50% winrate against quest Rogue, now i'm trying out Evolve Shaman and i've won every game against quest rogue. You have to understand that there are decks that counter Quest Rogue and decks that are countered by Quest Rogue. The card is not broken, if they nerf the card, card will become unplayable. Small-Time Bucanner pre nerf was broken card, this is fine.

Just an example how slower decks can deal with quest rogue.

Shaman:
Turn 1: play quest
Let's also complain some more about Pirate Warrior and Midrange Shaman.
"Rogue".... my OCD won't allow me to continue reading any further without BSoD...

Non-quest Rogue guide to beating Quest Rogue:
Step 1: See Rogue as opponent.
Step 2: See they don't even click over the 1st card in their mulligan before doing their mulligan.
Step 3: Make huge Edwin Van Cleef on turn 2/3.
Step 4: Smorc the Quest Rogue.
