Aggro decks are something that must be in the meta, expecially as cheap decks so that also new players can afford to build them, but they should never be Tier 1 because they require the lowest level of skill to be played (I'm not saying that all aggro are braindead like Pirate Warrior, but they just have lesser choise to make than a control).
The issue in Hearthstone is that often cheap aggro decks are also the most performing for ranking up AND one of the post powerfull archetype.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
Your poll does not allow to characterize the current meta as anything other than aggro despite midrange and combo decks being very popular and even control decks having a place in the meta.
Are you just trolling? You are getting a biased sample. People who do not think the current meta is aggro will not be able to answer your poll or will naswer about aggro in general, which is not what you asked.
That's just completely false. The meta is centered around pirate warrior, quest rogue and hunter.
There is about the same number of taunt warriors as pirate warriors, maybe a bit less miracle rogues than crystal rogues. Midrange hunter is midrange. Miracle priest, elemental shaman and freeze mage are also in the meta.
The problem is not the cards, the problem is the players. So many want quick games which are easy to navigate through with a reasonable chance of winning. Therefore, Aggro will always shape the meta. Don't get me wrong, I believe a lot of the Control decks are capable of smashing Aggro out of the water. They just take so much longer to play that the majority of people aren't interested (including the pros who just want to get to Legend as far as possible a lot of the time).
Another thread with a grain of saltiness with a twist of poll. I am an aggro player and I voted "Don't mind the aggro meta" actually I don't mind even if it is control, combo etc. meta. I choose to play Hearthstonne so I will have to adapt to the current state of the game. If I have to hate the game then I will just stop playing.
I don't believe we are in a aggro meta. Yes there is pirate warrior, but lets look at the other deck. Midrange pally is one of the best control options around right now, taunt warrior is going strong, miracle rogue is considered better than quest rogue even, and i would classify the quest rogue as more of a combo deck than an aggro deck. There are a lot more options to deal with pirate warrior too. I think this may be one one of the most controlling metas yet. That said i like midrange decks best of all. I like having decks with a lot of tech options, and discover mechanics.

this, plus dont forget that priest is also a viable option
What is Hearthstone to you? A fun and semi-competitive game with wacky effects and crazy RNG outcomes or just a card game you wanna grind as many wins you can get as fast as possible in?

As a control player myself I will say that Taunt Warrior is probably the most boring control deck ever to be somewhat viable on ladder and it's not really all that strong either, especially if your opponent has tech'ed against it. Weapon removal are generally strong against Warrior decks, Rogue decks and even to some degree Shaman decks so should see that in pretty much every deck when the meta fully settles if those decks continue being strong.
Midrange Hunter is not midrange, it's just a slightly slower aggro deck, the categorization of midrange has been completely screwed up in Hearthstone the last couple of years due to how fast many of the aggro decks have become. Elemental Shaman is a midrange deck, midrange Warrior is a midrange deck (even if u only see it in Wild), handbuffadin is usually a midrange deck...what we've been calling midrange Hunter the last 2 years and midrange Shaman the last year has not been midrange decks, but rather non-hyper aggro decks.
Aggro and combo/OTK decks feels terrible to lose to and not everyone enjoy playing those styles, if you enjoy playing control you especially hate those deck archetypes because they completely destroy your preferred style of play. Unfortunately those archetypes have been the most favored in Hearthstone since Naxx was released and thus control has been highly unfavored in general. Even though control decks are the hardest to build as well as acquire cards for and arguably the most difficult to play, they're also the worst in terms of both win rate and ladder climbing due to how strong and popular those archetypes are which again is due to how fast they win, how high win rate they have and how easy they are to play as well as acquire the necessary cards for.
You mention Miracle Priest as a strong deck in the current meta, but I'm pretty sure that it's not actually that strong and it's more popular right now just because it's fun to play, the meta hasn't fully settled yet so you don't always get completely crushed and a lot of streamers are showcasing variations of this deck due to the reasons mentioned above and the fact that it's very entertaining to watch.
Freeze Mage and Miracle Rogue are combo/OTK decks which at least IMO are pretty much just as bad as aggro decks and the fact they are popular does not make me think it's a healthy meta or make me want to play ladder at all.
All that aside, OP did not say anything about the current meta being aggro, he just asked the question in general, "Do you like aggro meta?".

Just wanted to see everyone's thoughts on the endless aggro meta that we have.

the poll is focusing on aggro because that was the question?
how is the poll useless then?
The poll is a very general question "Do you like aggro meta?" which can be asked at any time. if you don't like the question then just leave.
Do you even read your posts?
so what are you even trying to say. we are in an aggro meta. the question is about the aggro meta. are you trolling yourself at this point?
We aren't in aggro meta.
