So guys, I'm thinking of quitting this game cause I'm tired of trying to keep up and it's draining me mentally. Due to my location which I've mentioned a few times in the past playing this game is very difficult so I'm thinking of quitting and perhaps moving to a less grindy game like starcraft or just traditional games but I'm not so sure about that. This game has caused me to fail some courses in the university, spend important money for other stuff on it as well as occasionally triggering my depression.
Right now I'm not playing anymore since I have exams coming up but my brother is handling my account for my fear of losing precious gold and he's on vacation right now so it's cool. I really do like the game but over here it cost so much just to get internet connection and my PC is not in the best shape to top it off, yet still when I have some free time and not playing it's all I think about.
Woah that sounds like you got some serious issues going. Maybe try and stop playing all games for a while especially if you feel like you're so bound to the game you miss out on something by not playing. Sit down meditate and think on why you're chained to something that should just lighten up your day and maybe after a few weeks/months of not
gaming you can handle it way better or you leave it all together.
From my experience: Changing the game wont make any difference if you play other games just as much. The ranked mode game may feel grindy, but would something change if you would only play arena? Also other games are neighter cheaper with all the dlcs, nor do they need less hardware nowadays.
I wish you all the best with your depression and think you could profit from a proffessional probably. Mostly people wait until they really really need one which will be way worse.
A game should be FUN as its most important aspect, if for you HS it's such a pain probably the best thing to do is to quit. Youe real life should never be put under stress by something like Hearthstone.
Wow Dude. If HS is doing all these to you then it is time to QUIT the game for good and get on with your LIFE. PERIOD.
You need to find another hobby to keep you occupied for maybe a few months and go from there but honestly if this game is causing you to fail Unit courses, money drained and important time spent on this game rather than more important things like get on with you real life then it is time to let go.
I actually thought it was just the game but it seems the problem is with me. I guess I'll focus on my other non-detrimental stuff like chess then. Although it feels like I wasted my time now. Thanks anyways for providing an answer all of you.

What do you suggest I do?

Greetings a fellow hs enthusiast.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
