Should have specified where to start watching and what bug we should be looking for; wasted my time with the first half.
It does look like something that should be reported. I do think it's a bug, not a hack. Either case, it should be looked at by Blizzard to prevent it from happening to other people. Good luck!
Git gud. "Your Opponent" is a replacement for opponent's nickname if you experience disconnections. They don't even have to be noticable but they still exist (eg. loosing packets with enemy nickname info). Hacks for hearthstone are almost impossible to make since all informations are stored on Blizzard's servers. The only "hacks" that can be made are bots and deck trackers that show what will you draw ~1sec before you actually draw it. The graphical animation and skip turn bug is due to your bad internet connection or problems on Blizzard side.
I guess what OP means is what starts at ~7:00. He loses server connection, the known issue where the opponent's card hovers over the board and the turn doesn't end. What's special here (never happened to me) is that he regains connection and the game continues, only to see the 2 or 3 turns his opponent played in the meantime until lethal.
Happened to me first time i had no clue comments your thoughts

It's not a hack, it's just a disconnection. There are dozens of reports of this. Use the Search function before starting a new thread.
