Bit of fun....but how do you rank the HS classes from 1 thru 9.
Which is your favourite...and worst. Not talking specific decks here, but just the general heroes, the cards they have/have had and just which you prefer overall.
I really dislike Warlock, but it feels like it's many peoples favourite class or at least top 3. On the other hand, no one seems to love (or hate) Paladin. My main since launch is just the boring class in the middle for most FeelsBadMan
1) Warrior: viable decks for aggro and control archetypes
2) Hunter, Face hunter is back on track, mid-range hunter is really strong again and can dub as face hunter
3) Rogue: viable decks for aggro and whatever miracle/garden has become, which don't get me wrong, Garden is strong as hell but it's definitely not a combo deck
4) Paladin: it's become a really strong control class, has acces to the best board clears in the game and for 1 extra mana to a Paladins-only Sludge Belcher
5) Warlock: Zoo will always be a thing no matter what, even with Po rotated out, and Handlock is viable and powerful again
6) Priest: Purify priest made it into the meta , Drakonid OPerative is enough to carry dragon priest and priest's elementals are strong enough to be ran in any priest deck, inf act i have not seen the first Elemental priest but Lyra and radiants are everywhere
7) Mage, as much as people complain about quest mage, that deck is not that strong, the extra turn is a really powerful tool but reaching it is really awkward and the aggro mage everyone is so fond of has to run a lot of secrets which are very anti-tempo and a lot of dead draws without scientist
8) Shamman: yes shamman i know we're seeing a lot of Elemental shamman in tournaments but overload has become a problem for shammans again and pulls down the class
9) Druid: Token druid is slow compared to hunter and pirate warrior, ramp druid relies on high rolling with Barnes, you have no AoE and no hard removal..so this is my vote for the weakest class.
Hunter (My first main and favorite! Excited it's made a comeback to ladder)
Rogue (The most fun/least cancerous jade deck in MSoG, and miracoli taught me to always look for lethal. Too bad the new quest is too easy and uses brute force to make up for bad players' choices in matches.)
Warrior (My "this is how you control" learning deck, best in the Old Gods release.)
Shaman (The second class I ever really learned, and the most interesting control options imo.)
Warlock (MSoG brought back midrange demonlock, but it just didn't last ;( discolock isn't interactive enough for me, but it's not broken OP)
Mage (Yogg mage taught me to have fun in Hearthstone, aggro secret mage taught me to disrupt the meta)
Priest (Un'Goro brought priest a bit up on the list for me)
Paladin (Used to be my least favorite, but control Paladin saved this for me)
Druid (Before Jade Druid ruined everything, I loved my Fandral / Summoner's Stone deck. It was extremely fun to play, very unpredictable. Quest Druid is ok, can be fun if your opponent doesn't rush your face before you start to enjoy the match)
Ultimately, I love at least one thing about every class in equal measure.
