I kept a GvG pack unopened and I also have a TGT pack unopened in the pack screen. I call them my Schroedinger packs since I may have a legendary or a golden epic or just 40 dust, but they look cool unopened in the menu screen. Anyone else have both packs? Will you opened them some day or keep them? Will there be a time that I won't be able to open them?
New york is called new york in every language, Buenos Aries is called Buenos Aires in every language, Jack is called Jack in every language, Schrödinger is called Schrödinger in every language. It doesnt matter if you got the simbols, thats the way his surname was.

Yeah, no, that's not how it works... Gothenburg is Göteborg in swedish, Florence is Firenze in italian, which is in the Tuscany region (Toscana in italian) and I could go on forever. Schroedinger is the english version of Schrödinger, whether you like it or not.

Yet even the English Wikipedia on Schrödingers cat doesn't spell it as Schroedinger....

So? If the english wikipedia article on Gothenburg spelled it "Göteborg" (which is its actual name), Gothenburg wouldn't be the english name? Seems legit.
It's simple logic that "Schrödinger" isn't how it's spelled in english since the english alphabet doesn't contain the letter "ö".

The second of two vowels in a hiatus can be marked with a diaeresis (or "tréma") – as in words such as coöperative, daïs and reëlect – but its use has become less common, sometimes being replaced by the use of a hyphen.
Oh look, 3 words that are of English origin that are (traditionally) spelled with ö in the English alphabet

Can you elaborate in the algorithm? Old Gods is still permitted so it doesn't count as a schroedinger pack

Schrödinger's pack*
Also, no. Because... that's a waste of gold or real money, also the red '2' at the homescreen would trigger me too much.
Having pre-order packs sitting there made me itchy, let alone keeping 'openable' packs hiding there.

Make the Card: The biggest thread on the site!
My mandibles which are capable of pressing down and tearing, my talons which are known to intercept and hold.
Mmh, as much as cards can trigger my roleplaying instincts, i feel no romance for packs.
Afterall, keeping them unopened is worth 0 cards. No nothing.
Taking it into some Aristotelic-ish philosophy, it is the Act that matters. No matter the Power, if it does not turn into Act.
So, why waiting?

you can't even find Schroedinger with google, and if it's not on google it doesn't exist.

Even among Germans I think it's acceptable to replace umlauts with 2 normal vowels, not sure about names but I don't see why not.
