Looks more balanced than before but for me mage will be new shaman and paladin still in crap tier level, the other classes a little more weak than mage.
I think that shaman will still be the best class, and warlock is going to be the worst.
You know what make me think mage is more powerful?
There is no way to counter hard this following play:
1- Quest.
2- 3- 4- 5- 6- 7- 8- 9- A lot of minions not so bad in tempo (1 mana 1/1, 2 manas 2/1) giving spells for the quest + the best spell ever made (Glyph) giving what she need, armor with ice barrier vs aggro, removal vs aggro and midrange and draw vs control, you can survive and deal with opponent treats very well then...
I think people are looking at Mage, Shaman, and Hunter the most as the most powerful.

Shaman is trying to be pushed in two directions: Murloc and Midrange Elemental decks. Both seem very powerful. No more Overload synergy, but a lot of their new cards are really solid, especially the new Shaman Legendary. Blizzard seems to be pushing Shaman into more of a defensive-style class which is interesting, but everyone expects Shaman to just be more Curvestone but with Elementals this time.
Hunter is just getting a lot of really OP cards. Crazy draw, an insane quest, and a LOT of cheap cards with insane tempo. Just a lot of really powerful early game cards. More Beast synergy too. Dinomancy could push Control Hunter, but I think it's doubtful.
Mage is also getting a LOT of just really OP draw cards and removal spells, plus they have a lot of the elemental synergy cards which seem like they'll be be powerful. Their quest is also super powerful and easy to pull off for crazy burst.
Warlock might be ok with this discard stuff, but it's iffy. They're trying for a more midrangey discolock, but I don't see it happening. Their quest (about discarding) is way too slow and doesn't seem to do much. A more Aggro-Discard Zoo is still a lot stronger with Zavas, and we may even see an Elemental Handlock deck.
Paladin got the short end of the stick this expansion. They're going for this buff archetype and flooding murlocs for Paladin. Galvadon is a strong finisher card, but it's unlikely to get a lot of buffs off to complete the quest unless you draw the right cards, so if you don't draw them, you're gonna lose because the rest of your deck is crappy. Paladin, like Warlock, seem very 1-dimensional right now with not a lot variation possible. Some of the new Murloc cards do look promising, however.
The only Priest deck will be Deathrattle Priest, but who knows if that'll be viable. It looks like it can curve out decently though and Priest got a lot of interesting cycle cards. Control N'Zoth Priest looks likely. I don't personally seeing Kazakus being a thing anymore in Standard. There are also so cool cards for Combo Priest, but those look gimmicky imo.
Control Warrior is looking to come back with a big focus on taunt minions because of their new, super OP quest, but it's safe to say that any weapon-based aggro deck is dead now so RIP pirates.
Druid will probably still be OP with Jade, but this 5-mana or more theme Blizz is going for is very questionable because it seems really slow. Despite all the new cards that support this Heavy Ramp archetype, the cards themselves are really crappy. Druid did get this new armor card that can only be used if you have big minions on the board (Earthen Scales), but it'll just help Jade more.
Rogue is getting a lot of interesting stuff. Lot's of new tools for Deathrattle and Control archetypes. They're also trying to push more Burgle-archetype cards, but that probably won't stick. On top of that, you have Rogue's wacky quest that doesn't really seem to fit into any of these archetypes, although do have several cards, including some elementals, that support it. Rogue seems like a wild-card to me. Could either be really good or really bad.

Rogue is in a strange position, a lot of cards maybe work but...
Miracle lose conceal.
The quest is weird and to complete you have to made a lot of bad tempo plays, you will have the time to made the reward win the game? I don't know.
The Van Cleef and your pet plants can work, I will try this one.
Burgle get good support, the 1 mana discover spell is great, maybe works...

Sure, we lost Emperor Thaurissan, Conceal, and Azure Drake which have all be super important to Miracle, but I think Razorpetal Lasher and Razorpetal Volley have a possibility to be useful. It sucks that the token spells cost 1 mana instead of 0, but I think it could work. (probably not, but I'm being hopeful because I love Maly Rogue)
lol please explain how priest is not worst. We lost our only good deck all the best DR cards are gone the ones we got the stats dont meet the cost. case in point our new 1/1 all the other class get there card instantly we need 2 wait so we should get bonus stats becuase we need to wait. Yet we get there same stat line.... Our legendary minion is one of the worst if not the worst same with our class quest. We have to play a bunch of under stat minions just to get a better reno....

edit: maybe discolock will see play, but control warlock didn't get any good card at all.
Best = Shaman, Mage, Hunter
Middle = Priest, Druid, Warlock, Warrior
Worst = Rogue, Paladin

Top tier: shaman mage
Above average tier: Priest Warrior
Average tier: Warlock Hunter Druid
Bottom tier: Paladin
Rogue tier: rogue.
Hunter would be tier-1 that is no doubt, he gain lot of amazing cards.
Crap tier: Paladin
Well, nothing new here, think i'll just leave with my favorite class to another game
