Hey, I am trying to find an iOS app that will keep track of what cards I have played and which ones are still in my deck. I watch Kripp and he has it. Is it only for desktop or is there a mobile version? When I search decktracker, I find ways to track my win percentage with a certain deck, which is not what I'm interested in.
Unfortunately i dought such a thing exist for mobile, and even less likely iOS. If one does though it would surely be a great tool for those of us who use mobile to play the game

There is one for Android called Arcane Tracker. I don't know about iOS though.
Innkeeper is a desktop program. That person was not really answering your question. You will see above (post #4) that it is probably not possible to run such a program on iOS.
You could have a pencil and paper though. Old fashioned and reliable :)

That really sucks, it seems like iphone players are at a disadvantage then.

Not really. It isn't an advantage. If you know what's in your deck, just remember what you drew and played.

It is an advantage. When you are playing games in row sometime two games can mix each other in your memory. With a decktraker that source of misplay is gone.
Would be nice to have something on iOs thou
Especially on Arena. As the deck is random and change every couple of games it is more difficult to remember what is in the deck. I usually overlook the deck like a 10 sec to remember the draft and the synergies and the number of turn 1/2/3 and start the game
But from the person who posted here, if the functionality simply isn't possible on the platform (and for security reasons I'm really sure you DON'T want them to change it), so there's not much point in worrying about it.
Ooh! It's like my old thread all over again! Woot! \o/
Yeah, iOS doesn't allow multiple apps to run at the same time, so iPhone and iPad users are SOL when it comes to in game deck tracking.
And yes, it's a huge disadvantage to players who don't have this available when the opponent does. Anyone who tries to claim differently is being disingeuous at best, trolling at worst. Not to mention the numpties who think using a pen and paper when you're holding a mobile phone on the train is even possible, let alone somehow comparable to the huge advantage that deck tracking gives.

I don't even use Innkeeper for deck tracking. I use it to keep my collection up to date - I tend to turn it off when playing games, until I'm ready to quit my HS session, just so it can track the packs I opened.
Why do people use it if it's not an advantage? Even very good players seem to be using it? Knowing your deck can be a bit tricky playing many rounds of arena for obvious reasons. And often, many players like to switch between decks and try out new decks in other modes.
You can also say, "you can just study for a test, bringing in notes would not be an advantage." But what side of the class would you rather be in, the half that can bring notes or the half that can't?
Unfortunately there isn't and will never be an in game automatic decktracker overlay type app in iOS like you can get for PC/Mac. This is due to how Apple handle how apps function on iOS. However there are some manual decktrackers (this seems harder to find that just normal stats trackers) and stat trackers from the app stor for iOS although they don't all seem to be kept upto date with current cards. This is not going to be of much use if you only have one device but if like me you have say an iPad and an iPhone you can use your iPhone to track manually as you go.
edit: removed info about inkeeper, that app seems old and not updated or the same as the one on here. In fact looking them up myself seems most actually decktrackers are hard to find or are old.

Saying "never" is a bit absolute, there's no reason why eventually IOS wouldn't allow apps to interact.. Though it's absolutely impossible right now, that's true.
True but I do think that for the foreseeable future this is true unless Apple's design philosophy changes rather a lot. Also the screen space doesn't really allow for trackers on a small mobile device. The more likely way we get a tracker is if Blizzard directly implemented this. But that's unlikely as well.

Hahaha I can see you with pen and paper in crowded morning bus or train or in the restaurant or in the park. Great advice for sure.

I inserted a picture for reference.
Thats just innkeeper.
The Might of Dalaran has Arrived!

Me go face.
From what I understood the way iOs separate in-app data means that it is not possible from another app to access the information from the game.
Meaning Deck tracker as Kripp has cannot exist on iOs.
Whatever is called innkeeper on the iOS appstore does not appear to have this functionality.

I can't imagine where you would put the decktracker on a phone. There's barely enough space for the game.
S39 Legend - Quest Rogue, S38 Legend - Murloc Paladin, S37 Legend - Miracle Rogue, S36 Top 200 Legend - Aggro Shaman, S35 - Finished Rank 51 Legend - Aggro Shaman, S34 Legend - Aggro Shaman
Again, pen and paper. No more disadvantage :)

Where shall I start...
