To me they all win a couple, lose a couple, stuck at 18-19 because of this.....and I look at my friends list and seems they all are in the same boat.
And opinions on which deck would be?
It is of my belief that for the time being, Aggro Shaman has disappeared completely, meaning Midrange Shaman should give you the best chance to win on ladder. It is more unfavored versus Renolock and can also lose to Pirate Warrior, but that can be easily mitigated through a few tech choices. Druid is also a consideration, since it wins versus all Reno decks and should still have decent game against Pirate Warrior if played correctly (same case with Midrange Shaman). Dragon Priest is the worst choice of all these cases, but only by a slight margin. Loses to Pirate Warrior and Renolock, but has decent game against Reno Mage, Druid, and Midrange Shaman.
I have a friends list of more then 50 players, many that get to legend every season and they are all seeing the same. Plus never heard of you, so your probably worst then any of them. I probably have more golden heroes and wins then you and most of them when they were considered weak or underdogs at the time. If you actually paid attention to what I asked, what was the over all opinion on which is the most consistent deck out there now, not that I could use it or not.

If you have that tons of legend players in your FL why not ask them instead, also i dont know if this is some weird copypasta but gj man you showed us.

It feels to me like the end of the Karazhan meta, in the sense that the best decks are not much of a mystery. Small tech and play choices can eke you out a point of winrate here or there, but your opponent knows what you're playing, you know what they're playing, so it comes down to draw and execution.
Rank 18 aside, noone actually answered the question yet, since all decks are somewhat inconsistent with all the synergy they rely on, so what really is the most consistent deck right now?
Relying on synergy = inconsistent ? This makes sense on paper but it isn't correct. Murloc pally and Freeze mage for instance are very consistent decks that 100% rely on synergy between cards.
If you're looking for consistency but don't care about synergy, then just play Warlock..
Exept Zoo doesn't work anymore, since their earlygame is too weak and Renolock relies on Reno and Kazakus insteat of a lot of standalone powercards.
Wrong My Zoo deck has gone from 16 - 4 in around 10 hours Last night. It is actually quite good in the current meta Post nerf. Sitting on a 67% Winrate. The only bad Matchup is Any kind of priest. Its a deck i strongly recommend trying.
Um well this will drastically change after the next expansion but since Gadgetzan came out ive found Jade Shaman with more a focus on late game/ control than an all out aggro version has been really consistent for me, with the only difficult matchups being faster shaman decks. As my deck has Sylvanas and Rag along with a few other cards that will be rotating out no doubt the deck will be screwed come april.

I mean he's kinda right though. What is your friendlist supposed to prove ? I have 5 people in my friend list, one of them is rank 9 and i'm rank 11.
If you're stuck at rank 18 you most likely are a bad player, there is no other reason that could explain it. Bad deck ? I've climbed rank 11 with Reno pally and Murloc shaman, I know a lot about bad decks, they can't be blamed. What I mean by bad player, is that you don't know your deck or your matchups, not that you don't have the ability to understand Hearthstone mechanics.
Also, keep in mind consistency means very little when your opponent knows exactly what you're playing. Consistency lowers your winrate against good players. Try to play unexpected things.
On topic, in my opinion Murloc paladin is by far the most consistent deck in the meta right now. Double Forbidden Healing = pirateproof deck. Against other decks, just pull of your anyfin combo.
Sorry to bother you, but how did you get those golden cards in your bio? I wanna put some of my favorites in mine.

Achieved Gold Priest- April 2017
Renolock or Dragon priest IMO
Dragon priest I am 9-0 with mine today.. those sexy curves!
Probably jade shaman, just because #shamanstone #nerfshaman2017 #makehearthstonegreatagain
Now that claws is nerfed they get the jade weapon as a perfect fit.
Aggro decks are the most consistent, but they don't necessarily enjoy the highest win ratio, especially post nerf, if that makes any sense.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
renolock with leeroy combo
Pirate Warrior.
Hall of Fame (ignore list): aleathas, Baylith, cendol, DiamondDM13, Dominieq, doomr, glitterprincess, hamtarofr, Heck, Jwigg33, Kaladin, Krewger, Legend_Entomber, libertyprime, Maukiepaukie, PandarenHero, randjob, s2mikey, SchruteBucks, The_Giratina, TheWamts, ticandtac, tictactucroc, tsudecimo, WaffleMonstr
Wisp paladin. Will lose quite consistently
Question everything.
The point is : you re a shitty player

Anything but popular decks.... diversity decks win

Jade/Midrange Shaman, it pretty much forgives any misplays you make.
