Hearthpwn

So as the title displays, I'd like to know if we have information, about unlocking Tyrande Whisperwind (The skin for Priest) in the future?
I couldn't unlock it because:
I am from a small country in Europe, and Twitch Prime isn't a thing here.
And I was not playing HearthStone actively back then, not that it would matter tho.

I really want the mage one, sadly i missed out on it when it was an option. Hopefully one day it'll come back
