Arena is incredibly underwhelming. I used to play it even more than constructed, but it's the exact same thing it was 3 years ago, so it just feels very stale at this point.
4/5 or 3.5/5. The novelty of the game is worn off to me, for many reasons, most notably being how simple it is.
As for the current ''meta'' I would say it's definitely less enjoyable than before the new expansion. Too many aggro decks. I used to enjoy playing against Control warrior, people call that stlyle boring but it's definitely more intense than facing dumb hunters and paladins. Especially when it goes into fatigue, which is the most unpredictable/complex thing about Hearthstone imo.
Against Reno decks i understand but i think in average didn't change much after expansion.
I would give a 3/5 or 4/5, i'm liking the expansion so far some really cool cards and tech cards too, so if you wanna tech against a specific deck you actually can now so i think it's gonna be hard to have just one deck dominate the ladder.
From what i see i think people don't experiment much but i think there should be more good decks out there to be discovered.
To the people saying ''Nothing wrong with the game''
Ever heard of pirate warrior?
There is nothing wrong with that. What is wrong is people losing their shit because a deck that has so many weaknesses as pirate warrior made a spash on the first week after a new expansion, you know, when people are tuning decks and figuring out what to play.
Get over it already.
On topic: I'm pretty satisfied with the design of the game as a whole, the execution is what's lacking... inconsistencies with card interactions, buggy battlenet, you know, the usual. Otherwise it's fine.
3/5 i kinda miss interesting neutral legendaries like the ones from wotog or LoE that can fit many many decks/classes and/or are best dust investments at the same time
im somewhere around 3 and 4.....I love the game, and though I detest aggro/brain dead decks (refuse to play them myself) I accept they are a part of the game and there are those around who use them to get whatever they want out of the game. Which I don't imagine to be much...but each to their own. I love control decks and games that go to the wire....those to me are the games that I really enjoy and learn from. Although I never really got to grips with it, I loved watching Lifecoach play Patron Warrior - knowing the right time to play the right cards is what I look to get from the game. Hopefully that will always be a big part of the game.
theres no way that Blizzard can keep 100% of the people happy 100% of the time - but they do look to put added dimensions into the game so there is (or should be) something there for anyone/everyone.
I used to play a lot of miracle because is the deck that most enjoy, but there is so much aggro, so is impossible to climb with it.
I really doesn't understand why people play braindead decks but.. I respect.
Now I mastering renolock and maybe try freeze.

He led the Stonemasons in the reconstruction of Stormwind, and when the nobles refused to pay, he founded the Defias Brotherhood to, well, deconstruct Stormwind.
I would say 4 out of 5 after expansion. 1 out of 5 before expansion.
The meta is all over the place at the moment. I tech a deck that eats aggro and I get matched with priests or mages. I play miracle to fight slower control decks and i get matched with warriors and shamans. Deck building is fun right now. I know people hate aggro, but is really healthy for the game, and it really isn't that hard to beat. My fear is something will arise that is real cancer. The new secret paladin or midrange shaman. Something that justs suffocates everything and has no solid counters.
I actually like the idea of the ame, especially the direction it goes now. If we compare this expansion withprevious ones, I am confident that the developers are trying to make it more viable.
What I am not satisfied with are the players playing this game (at least most of them). Even tough this expansion was more about control, people are still playing cancer and want to rush every time with any deck. Like come on how are these guys having fun by playing SMOrc? I really can't understand that. I mean this is riddiculous. I would really make a game mode for rush decks and a game mode for control decks I mean these guys can rush themselves instead of others who are playing for fun. Like this is not a salt post as I either way win against them but it just doesn't make fun since you play against an enemy without any skill and therefore can't really develop yourself. Biggest issue: Today, I was only playing against zoolocks, pirate warrior, aggro shaman, cancer hunter and tempo mage. Guess I forgot a few but seriously...

I don't think that most of the people in standard can afford the new legendaries or even all the common/rares yet and they are needed to make the new decks work. I would stick to wild at your place atleast on EU it's not filled with fast decks and control decks have more options there.
As long as it doesn't become Warriorstone (like pre karazhan) or Shamanstone, it's fine. I like how it's sort of a rock paper scissors right now, with Aggro > Jade > Reno > Aggro.
I play for fun. I get that. So, pretty satisfied. 4/5.

Because how good the deck is is ridiculous in comparison to the skill it requires to play. And it's simply cancer.

Honestly Right now a 2/5, control decks won't work because of hardcore curvestone and aggression.

3/5 games take too long.
2/5
They make so many dumb mistakes that they never fix and they squander so much potential.

4/5.
Only issue I have is that Shadow Rager is too overpowered.

Just remember the good times!
4/5. I think ladder can use a revamp, but other than that I don't think there are other problems for now.
People who refuses to play aggro out of principle are even worse than people who play exclusively aggro.
One should seek to become a complete player and play all archetypes, including ones that he despises for whatever irrational reasons.
