I am looking to get better at HS, and would love to watch some streamers whom I can learn from. Is there any streamers who explain their plays and guides the viewers through his plays?
I am currently at rank 7.
I would prefer someone who plays Warrior, Priest, or Rogue. :D
Though perhaps not of the caliber as some that have been mentioned, but I enjoy watching Savzj and Pawnyhof. Their streams are enjoyable and spam/moan/tilt-free but more to the point of your question, both players (I guess Savzj moreso) usually play 'unique' decks that help me think through my own deckbuilding better as well as surprise opponents.
Depends on what you want to improve buddy. There are Constructed streamers and others who dedicate exclusively to Arena.
Kripparrian is the best for Arena.
For constructed you have Thijs and Kolento who are really good players and their streams are very enjoyable, new players can learn a lot from StrifeCro as someone said because he explains almost every play he makes and tries to cover all the classes. Savjz and Kibler are also good to watch but they take the game more lightly, like trying weird decks with Rogue, Priest, dragons and stuff
Best players that explain their plays and what they are doing:
Dog, Kolento, Lifecoach, This_NL, Firebat and Strifecro.
Kolento? He never explains anything at all, it's like muted mic... chat even makes fun of it how silent he is, it's insane. Prob the worst guy to watch for learning purposes imo
He does lol I have learned many of my plays from him, he is very smart.
And the silent thing is on his opponent's turn, he just stares at the screen instead of talking with chat lol but these days he is talking with chat more often so they stopped complaing.
You should watch Dog and Kolento. Although Kolento doesn't really talk to his viewers about his plays, he makes really smart plays. Do not ever watch Kripparrian if you want to learn how to play, in my opinion he is actually really bad at the game. If you want to learn Arena, watch Ratsmah, he is probably one of the best arena players on Twitch, but very underrated.

To be fair Kripparrian is a great arena player and he has gone 12-0 with every single class in Arena. I have seen comments bashing the guy way too often on this site. Its weird how people bash him for being salty yet most people on this site are way more salty then he is which is ironic.
For constructed my favourites are strifecro, Kolento, thijs and Disguised Toast. All of them are very smart players.
I do like Kripp's videos, but you may want to check out Kibler.
He's one of those players that talks about what options are available to him and acts on what he believes is the better move. I know he's not Dog or Firebat, but he's one player I like to watch simply because he enjoys the games he plays, as well as remaining calm even when things go badly for him.

I highly HIGHLY recommend Thijs. He constantly explains his plays, plays a ton of different decks, competes at the highest level, and is a great player. He also has a very positive attitude. I can't guarantee he will play those classes all the time, I can just guarantee he will play every class at some point. He will usually try to play competitive decks since he competes on ladder at legend. He's also just one of the best players around, more of a player than a streamer.
A lot of the other people who responded to you don't seem to understand what you're asking for.
StrifeCro favors Mage and Paladin, but he's great to watch and learn. Kibler, especially if your'e interested in Priest, is a must watch. Dog plays everything and you can learn a lot; he generally plays at a quicker pace and can play some difficult decks, so possibly more of an "intermediate" watch but extremely entertaining.
I'd say they're for intermediate to advanced players versus giving deep explanations of every play, but for some high-level play specific to the classes mentioned, check out SuperJJ (Rogue), Zetalot (Priest), and Vlps (Warrior).
The two streams that helped me the most were P4wnyhof and Savjz, but it's also good idea to find high rank streamers with less viewers if you want to discuss deck building and card synergies, or maybe ask them to review a deck you crafted. People who broadcast for thousands of viewers won't have the time to do stuff like that, but P4wnyhof and Savjz are really good at responding to chat even though you will probably need to repeat yourself a few times.

Firebat and Dog. Two of the best streamers imo.
Dog, Thjis, Kolento, StrifeCro, Ek0p

Kripparrian the king
For me the best one to learn from plays is Strifecro. Even tough he doesn't play a lot of those classes he plays every class.

I mainly watch Kolento and Dog, I have fixed a lot of my mistakes and improved my plays each turn and vs certain match-ups thanks to them.

silento is uncomfortable to watch
day 9 is most entertaining
Thijs is informative
