Before you are about to lose a game, and they say the "thanks" emote, is that BM? It's happened to me several times against people with many legendaries.
Doesn't really sound like bm, just sounds like they're thanking you for a compliment. Though it really does depend on the person.
I'm guessing you're either an unlucky free to play or new to the game since you mentioned how they have so many legendaries? Well just remember that if it gets on your nerves you can always squelch them.
This doesn't make any sense, if you say "well played" and your opponent replies "thanks", how could you think they are BMing you? I suppose some people are offended by everything...
I believe you should answer well played to someone that tells you well played, like fair play. Unless you don't think he played well, when you say thank you. Not BM, but it May imply he doesn't think you played well. It may, you will never know
If their opponents didn't think he played well, he should learn to respect other people opinions dude.
Why would it be BM? You said well played and they said thanks, if you hadn't said anything and they just spammed well played it would have been BM. Also I noticed people with a lot of legendaries tend not to BM against newer players, it's usually the people with very cheap aggressive decks that BM.
Completely disagree. If they say thanks they are simply thanking you for saying well played. I would rather them say thank you than say well played back if I got crushed because of a bad hand or even misplays, to me saying well played is bm in those circumstances.
To the people that answered this question, thank you, whether you think it is BM or not. To the people that were salty and insulted me over a simple question, do both me and you a favor and just don't bother doing it again. It doesn't make anyone feel bad, and it just proves more and more what an shithead you are for not being able to register in your head I was looking for advice, not this: "Oh, so a relatively new player asks a question? Let's slay him online, make him feel like an idiot, and make sure he leaves the community before he spreads his nooby cancer."

So because I give an opinion I am mad? Dude, this is the internet, where ANYONE is entitled to say ANYTHING, and no matter what they say, you can't just assume they are mad or happy or whatever. I'm just giving a point of view of the toxicity of this community .Sure, that might make me toxic too, but in a place where no matter what you say there will be haters there is no point in NOT retaliating and trying to justify yourself.

Why are we talking about the toxicity of the community now? Don't you realise you have a tendency to overexaggerate things? Just relax dude and enjoy your stay in this forum. :)

well played right before you are about to win to me means Good game. I don't consider that BM
It's when people use the "Hello" or "Threaten" emote right before they win that it's BM.
Also if people use more than 4 emotes in one game they should be banned for an hour. -_-
No, they are saying thank you for the compliment.
OP are you fucking kidding? You said "well played" and someone said "thanks" and you're concerned that that's BM? What planet are you from?
Not a BM but:
If he said "Thanks" after you said "Well Played" then he got some 'ego' issues.
This doesn't make any sense, if you say "well played" and your opponent replies "thanks", how could you think they are BMing you? I suppose some people are offended by everything...
>if they say thank you is that bad manners?
also what do legendaries have to do with anything
"I got the best deals anywhere."
BMing means spamming emotes just for the sake of annoying the opponent.

Get a life
Dead but dreaming
