Like the title says. Did the patch have any other hidden content aside from the new murloc hero?
Bug fixes wouldn't take that much space. I wonder what else was in the (IIRC around 1GB) of data that was downloaded?
I'm hoping the data for the new adventure is already there, just timelocked or something.
