Really I gotta tell you, for me it's luck. Pack RNG has been so ridiculously good to me. For instance on GvG, I bought the 40pk kit and literally scored the exact 3 legendaries I wanted. Then on WoG I got the 50pk kit and once again scored ALL the exact legendaries I wanted. Not even making that up, here's proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STFaAqpv87o

on release of wotog i bought 40 packs andsince then i opened a pack almost daylie with quest gold etc. and still i only got 2 fking legendaries. shifting zerus and soggoth. im actually really mad about it

stopped counting my packs i opened... pretty disappointed

playing since closed beta, only spent money on BRM and LOE, I played mostly arena and avreged about 5-6 wins.
that's how I got my collection (and I also have ~25k dust)

p.s. I work full time and have a fiance so I don't play more than a few hours per week

Phace 1: get a job Phace 2: go to the store and buy packs and grind the hell out of your time Phace 3: profit

Finish all your quests! Meaning, don't ever lose a quest because you already have 3 and a new day starts. 

And try to get as much gold as possible from the quests. If you have a 40 gold quest that isn't reaaally easy for you, remove it and hope for 60 gold.

Then play arena.

I'm getting daily ~100 gold. Minimum 40 from quest and maximum 100 from wins. 

The most effiecent way to get Legendaries requires you to be good in arena. If you can average 7wins, you will win a pack + on average 150 or more gold. Thus, infinite dust. The two problems? 7 wins average in arena is not easy at all (theres a challenge to win 100 games in 10 arena runs, requiring a 10 win average - attempted by a lot of pro hs players and most have either never succeded or taken months to succed). And the other issue being it takes a lot of time to play those games.

Other than that? Get rank 5ach season for the promised golden epic -  thats 400 dust. Win at least 1 brawl a week, and do daily quests. 

Finally - a lot of Legendaries come from adventures. You get 1-2 legendaries per 700 gold that way -  a much higher rate than the 4k spent to reach the estimated pity timer openinh packs.

Getting 60 gold per day minimum a lot more when I decide to do arena.. The dust pile up, sometimes lucky.. And there you go.. 20 legendaries.

I don't know how other people do it, but I play EVERY SINGLE DAY. so yeah....

Do all daily quests and buy packs with your gold, buy every adventure (i usually buy those with real money), pre-order every expansion (this is usually like 3-5 legendaries and dust for another 1-2).

 realistically most people never see 100g per day. Most people play around max 10-15 matches, and win 1/2 of it. So you might get 60-70g per day, and 1 extra pack per week.

30 wins per day is unrealistic.

You either pay money, or spend more time playing. If you don't want to spend money then arena is the only/best way to improve you collection.
