So far I'm stuck at rank 7 and can move no further while using Mid-range Hunter, Totem Shaman and Zoo lock. Currently being destroyed by all WARRIORS! So now Im at a cross road you could say. I could completely dust out my Warlock, Hunter (80% golden cards) and a few epic neutrals and can then create a full control warrior.
Trying to squeeze out as much as I can this season in the ranks and currently being hammered in tournaments by control warriors. Im looking to improve my game and have never ventured off in the warrior class in the 7 seasons Ive been playing. Im a 3 time legend player but now Im at this point of the game where Im wondering if a sacrifice for now of course would be my better option moving forward. ALL OPINIONS COUNT, ANY ADVICE MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!
I'm having a lot of problems with N'zoth Priest while using CW (without Elise) but i'm doing fine against others. CW is good against N'zoth Paladin (double brawl) and can beat any aggro deck with a decent hand.
also, i prefer N'zoth Paladin right now, i have more fun and i feel like i have more control of the game.
Combo decks used to be a counter until they got crushed by blizzard,i guess you could try to make a combo deck but i doubt you will find any reliable one,at most Renolock with a tick of emperor on t10 dealing 20 burst(PO+Leeroy+Faceless) but it's hardly enough and also Jaraxxus, my favourite card exactly because it's really good vs other control decks, but warlocks lost too much to be any good at control anymore(darkbomb) and there is no reliable heal/taunt for warlocks. The best bet would be to wait until the next adventure and see if control warlock gets any good or if any reliable combo deck emerges.
Miracle rogues can deal nicely with CW if they don't have the brawl.
Tempo warrior, pirate face warrior and c'thun warrior(very underrated deck if you ask me) are all pretty good decks.
I would say warrior is about average right now, in that it doesn't compare to things like zoo, shaman or n'zoth pally, but it can still hold it's own if you know what you're doing, and is certainly doing better than priest or druid.
I wouldn't dust. Looking at the decks you play, they are all midrange, which Isn't to say you won't enjoy CW, more that it may be harder for you play effectively. I personally have had this experience when switching from my main playstyle to another. The other reason I wouldn't recommend crafting anything just yet is because spur-of-the-moment decisions are often regrettable, especially such an expensive deck like CW. I would say though Tempo Warrior is a good midrange deck that won't hurt your dust balance as much if you take a pass on Malkorok.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
You really thought I had something interesting to say at the bottom of my posts?
Yes! Tempo Warrior is the most consistent at the moment, I have trouble combing to rank 5 as well, started off with Nzoth priest to rank 6 dropped back to rank 10 and I changed to this Tempo Warrior and made id to rank 5 quite easily.
i just dust party-ed a ton of gold cards to craft a xaril, and havent looked back. having a bunch of gold cards are overrated imo..
additionally, mid-range warrior(most people are calling tempo, when it's actually a midrange, SEMANTICS) is oppie oppie right now. but having a 15k dust warrior deck is kinda fun. p2w. but really don't think control warrior is all that great right now. and it's not THAT expensive ish.

The 1st step towards a better game is firing Mike Donais! We had enough of his "skillful" balances!
