We get it Blizzard. Legendary is more synonymous with uniqueness than power level but there is no excuse for having a card like Millhouse Manastorm in the game. It's a troll card crushing legendary dreams. From the highest of highs of mousing over a card and witnessing the splendor of the golden glow to the lowest of lows when that card turns out to be Millhouse Manastorm.
I propose this; change him back to the old Millhouse Manastorm. A (2) 2/2 with Battlecry: Add a MEGA-BLAST!!! card to your hand; a (10) legendary spell that deals 5 damage to all enemies.
I understand that in the beta days of Hearthstone when the game was much slower that the inevitability of MEGA-BLAST!!! was too imbalanced, but I think that the game has changed a lot since then. It's much easier to 'punish' the player that plays Millhouse. After all, a (2) 2/2 is really weak. With better early game minions you can punish a Millhouse by taking control of the board and pressuring the player that now holds the MEGA-BLAST!!! Adding a MEGA-BLAST!!! can't be compared to discovering something with Museum Curator or Dark Peddler because it allows you to pick something that helps you curve out, or perhaps you discover a silver bullet in the match-up.
Finally I would like to add that the MEGA-BLAST!!! version of Millhouse has the best flavor. We all remember the tutorial when Millhouse is taunting us. When he reaches 10 mana he's gonna do this and do that. Well, he wasn't lying. He's charging up for a MEGA-BLAST!!! And that's EXACTLY what he's doing as a WoW character as well. He's standing there being useless and trashtalking like the clown he is.
In short, old Millhouse has a really cool design and it's a shame that we have to deal with this version of Millhouse. It's understandable that there was no place for MEGA-BLAST!!! Millhouse in the early days of Hearthstone but I think it's safe for him to return.
I have no delusions of Blizzard paying ANY attention to threads like this but it could be interesting to try and imagine Standard/Wild with other Millhouse in the mix.
As much as it would be great if Blizz buffed sone dead cards, Hemet is surely the chewing gum under the bottom of the barrel and should be looked at first?

If he's changed then I'd actually feel just slightly annoyed (only slightly though) that I dusted my gold version of him to craft Dr. Balanced back in the day. I prefer the 0 regret I'm experiencing now.

Why do you think I'm trying so hard to lobby for a buff? I can't get myself to disenchant my golden Millhouse. He's never used but I like golden animation, sigh

Haha! I didnt know he was like this, originally.

hmmmmmmmm.......NO.
People don't just dust Millhouse? :)
Yeah but Millhouse will be in classic packs forever where Hemet and Boogeymonster (will) rotate(d) out of standard and out of the shop.

Well then get Nat Pagle to his original version also!
Current Millhouse is way cooler imo.
But he should stop appearing in my packs darnit!
Prepare to sign the mighty petition to change Millhouse Manastorm!
I dont think Blizzard will ever buff a card, but after Deathwing having a new version, I would love to see this millhouse in a future set.
