I got my first legend, Ragnaros Lightlord in my 38^th OG pack and it was the only legend I received after opening 60 OG packs.  I eventually got 3 more legendary cards in my 71, 73, and 74 OG packs, so the system balanced itself out.

But this is such a demoralizing and frustrating experience and it’s the second time this has happened to me  

The epic cards come out a steady pace, why can’t the legend cards too.  Not everyone has the luxury of opening 80+ packs and they might get stuck with 1 legend after 50-60 packs.

Do you think there should be a second pity timer that allows a player to get at least 2 legendary cards every 60 packs? 

If the legendaries happen more often, the it wouldn't be as exicting when you open one.

Imagine if you got a guaranteed legendary every 30 packs (which is what you are suggesting) on top of normal legendary chance. It would kinda ruin the magic for me

Legendaries are legendary for a reason.

I just wished duplicate legendaries could be DEed for 800 dust.  It feels SUPER bad to open a duplicate legendary.

I want a gold plated toilet and a free house, but that ain't gonna happen either.

I've opened about 190 packs and only received four legendaries. I like the suggestion of being able to dust legendaries for 800 dust instead of 400 — this would at least help those of us who receive fewer legendary cards to craft the ones we actually want.

The timer kicks in if you open 60 packs and NO legendaried in those packs. It resets if you open a legendary.

Miracles ain't gonna always suspend from the natural just for certain people or everyone. Bad luck is bad luck, it happens to all of us for different situations. 

This pity time is just an estimation but it`s far from being something to look at for getting legendarys, so forget about it, it`s just a `fun fact you usually get a legendary after ~40 packs` or something, i opened 3 legendarys only with the free packs this expansion(13), BUT i have opened around 70 classics before that and not a single legendary was there to be found.

And NO, the current system is fine, it`s super satisfying when you open one because you NEVER know when you will get it.

I think it's amazing there is a pity timer at all.  So.... No, I think you are just whining.  And my grand total of WoG Legendaries = 1.  And that's C'thun.
