The decks basically build themselves. What do you want to face? Soggoth taunt warrior?
Whining about netdecking is scrub bs. The more people out there testing cards and sharing information, the better and more fun this game will be.
The problem is that there isn't any testing going on. It isn't simply archetypes, but rather the same exact decks, card for card... I've seen at least 3 Ancient Mages today, and it's obviously because of the most upvoted mage deck on this site.

If people are dumb enough to netdeck in a card like that, which is specifically mentioned in the decklist in question as being a fun but not good choice, you should be thankful to queue into them.
I been experimenting with decks and have seen plenty of user made decks in my matches. Stay off rank to avoid the try hards who don't care about fun/experimentation.
I have built a deck that is amazing and fun to play. But ill keep that one a secret :)

So it's scrub bullshit to say that facing the same C'Thun deck constantly is bullshit? Just because something's popular doesn't mean that we should just deal with it coming up all the time.

Yes it is. If you don't want to deal with it, use your friend list.

People who refuses to play aggro out of principle are even worse than people who play exclusively aggro.
One should seek to become a complete player and play all archetypes, including ones that he despises for whatever irrational reasons.
Netdecking hasn't 'gotten this bad'. It's always been 'this bad'. It's been 'bad' before there was even a net to 'deck' from.
The majority of people are NOT creative artists that are able to create inspiring interesting decks. Replace 'deck' with 'combo', 'build order', playstyle, and life choices and you have a phrase that can fit anywhere in life. Most people are not creative.
For the vast majority, they will instead rely on those who are creative to create the things that they will then use. This is the very basis of what makes a meta.
No, you can't do anything to change that. This is why you do NOT look for others to be creativeunless you form a hand-picked group of creative players. If you are playing public, you've given up the option of seeing creativity in mass.
No, nothing will ever EVER change that. Not a format. Not a card. Not a rule limitation. NOTHING. It's how most people operate, and always has been once we get out of the "OMG WHAT DO I DO!" newbie stage.

Check your senses. You sound like you need to lie down before posting again.
It is scrub bullshit. If you're so wonderful and creative and such a talented deckbuilder, go and build the counter to this carbon copy deck you claim to constantly face and profit.
Your made up self righteous rules about how people should play are pure scrubbery.
Every effective deck has an optimal path to victory, whether it's with minions, spell damage, milling, or a combo. Tonight I'm 5-5 with my f2p account. Even without nearly as many epics/lgdrys as the opponents I've faced I'm just glad to have only seen 1 Face Hunter (which I no longer hate because it's become slower and more interesting, and for once I won on turn 10 instead of losing on turn 4).
Best game so far was against a Mage who got me down to 10, and then on turn 10 instead of playing the Pyroblast I assumed he had, he plays Yogg...who proceeds to kill himself while pumping up my stuff. If that was a netdeck it didn't help. Anyfin with Wild Pyro/Equality is at least 50% against all the C'Thun decks I've seen.
Most of the times people create decks that are similar to what is online without knowing they existed. Not only that but there is a limited card-pool so it is difficult to create meta decks if only a few cards are "competitive".

Yeah, sure, I made rules. Okay.
Do you not understand the issue with netdecking? It stifles the game. It's not a matter of winning, but having fun with the game you're playing. That's the only reason anyone should have an issue with such a thing. But you wouldn't understand that because you defend this and call others scrubs that disagree. But of course you wouldn't know anything about fun... who am I kidding...
Typical rhetoric of sore losers "Im so tired of playing against the same decks, where is the fun and creativity?" News flash, everyone got a C'Thun free, so no duh there are a lot of C'Thun decks. If it really is a hassle just make anti C'Thun decks. Oh but wait maybe you can't or are not fun and creative enough to come up with a variety of your own decks to play that would do well against C'Thun decks.
Complaining about people using a deck that includes the one free legendary everyone gets is the most absurd and entitled thing I have seen on these forums.
Nothing wrong with netdecking. Be happy you know what you face.
Also you can't be sure they're playing the same deck. In fact they likely make tech calls and add their own ideas. Which is how decks evolve.
I build my own decks for example but yes when I got the concept down and start testing it live, I will (and frankly I should) check out what others came up with.

It seems like 9/10 games I've played tonight are literally copy+pastes from decks on here. Is creativity really dead?

The problem is people incentivized to win win win right away to complete WOG pack quests.
I just made this myself. I have no idea if it's really viable but I've netted a few wins and it's hilariously fun.

I've been thinking lately that Hearthstone decks should have more than 30 cards..

Thus it's normal and to be accepted.
One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.

Currently trying to make a Fandral Druid work. 7-3 so far, but dear LORD am I sick of facing C'thun/C'thun Hybrids.
Am like 8-0 against C'thun decks so far. Hasn't been a problem i build my own decks, Reno Shaman seems to get the job done.
