Has anyone considered the time taken for the spell animation to complete? I haven't seen a single post in any thread pertaining to that issue. Won't it take like forever and even make your opponent lose his turn? If Yogg-Saron, Hope's End is put into a spell heavy deck like freeze mage or murloc paladin it becomes insane and broken. Also, think of mill rogue/druid with Nozdormu and Yogg-Saron, Hope's End in the late game, it's just gg with those 15+ spells, hmm maybe it'll become some kind of gimmicky deck in the future ;). Well guys what do you think about this and has blizz said anything concerning the animation time of this card in particular?
Yep, as the link shows the devs have been attentive to this and made sure that after the animations all complete the opposing player gets to have their full 75 second turn.
Now I'm just wondering why this same solution can't just be applied to every turn. We've had a long history of exploits with animations filling the opponent's turn time and forcing them to miss a turn, with coming up just recently. I hope they will have addressed the issue entirely at long last. It will be very disappointing if they put the effort in to only fix it for one card.
