So technically since there is the same opening chance for each expansion, there will be the same chance for any cards, and since that is so we can go all GVG then dust for full price and go get a nice set of C'thun synergisers to make a stereotypical deck to attempt to ladder against the exact same deck. noice job blizzard (this is actually a good thing even tho i sound sarcastic)
Has 100% on all GvG cards for dusting in new expansion been confirmed? i don't want to waste 3/4 of my gold if its standard dusting mechanics.
EDIT: oh nvm no extra dust
On an unrelated topic, I just played a handlock warlock that used reno jackson and got the heal and i'm so confused because it's a friggin handlock how is it not running 2 twilight, 2 molten, 2 mountain, 2 shadowflame, 2 chow and all that doubleup stuff.

Ehh, netdecks will continue as players want to be good. It's only logical to assume that any handlock (he did tap till he played the twilight) is running standard handlock, but I guess that's why some homebrews are so powerful. tbh i conceded because I was playing murladin and really couldn't be bothered to attempt to work down 30 health (got him to 10 then he tapped and topdecked reno iirc, had 8 damage on board for next turn but no, RNG)
Also the main point here is just betting on how gamebreaking the new WooG cards will be in conjuction with the older cards. If there is a really broken and OP combo blizzard will leave wild to be wild and work on improving standard, and wild will be a hellhole of cancerous combo-wielding netdeckers. if you go to standard you are gonna have to buy a bunch of WooG and then craft the staples and learn the new state of the meta with all of the new cards and such. I guess it comes down to personal decision, if you like the older cards and think you can deal with a game-breaking combo that could be unleashed, play wild. If you wanna get rid of the annoying naxx cards and such then learn the ways of WooG and make a new deck. Or if you are rich (in money or hearthstone resources) go for both
I bought 7 GvG packs recently, but that was only because I still had a pity timer on 17 card packs from a few months ago and I bought some until I got another legendary. If that's not your case, then you're better off saving your gold for WoG.

Pretty sure the dude was just playing Reno Lock, and not Handlock.
Once GvG retires, you'll be getting 100% dust refund for every card, right?
no you will not get a refund as you can still use them in wild.

Back to the topic.
I'm still torn because I am still missing some essential GvG cards like Muster for Battle for wild format.
Overall I've only got 160/226 GvG cards. So do you guys save gold for WoG or do you still buy GvG with your gold?

Just save da moneh !!
I don't think many people are going to miss GvG. I'd save my money and get hyped for WoG

We have no plans to offer full disenchant value for Naxxramas and Goblins vs Gnomes cards.
