You could say that any term that is able to be used in HS because it is a digital format would be more unique to it. Think about discover, deathrattle to a small extent, and most random mechanics like piloted shredder/ golem/ druid one that summon or receive random cards that are not currently in the game state. All though they are not terms they do make HS unique in that aspect. You could even think of the Golden Monkey's effect and hoe it is possible BC this is a digital card game and not one based on a physical medium.
Most TCGs don't allow the attacker to target the face actively with creatures/units/minions unless the defender leaves nothing in the way.
MTG has a cannot be blocked mechanic, also you can target the player directly with spells. There have been plenty of "face" aggro MTG decks over the years, though "face" is new since HS has "face" portraits.

The difference is unblockabkes are rare and hard to but in aggro decks in MTG. Thus face decks in MTG are combo decks or control decks. And you rarely if ever call them face decks then.
Face aggro is really HS only as attackers cannot target until planeswalkers became a thing and planeswalkers come in the game too slow for aggro to care.
It's actually pretty hard to create a new term for HS beyond silly memes. Not only are a lot of mechanics in other games in some form but even if it's not QUITE the same people will still use other terms from other games anyway. For example Midrange in HS works differently than Midrange in Magic, but the term itself still exists in both places. Taunt technically is new in HS, but only because in MTG nearly every minion had assumed 'taunt' ability. That sort of hting.
The Combo keyword perhaps. As in the actual rogue mechanic, not 'combo deck'.
Also I still have a hard time finding the MTG equivanlent to the 'Tempo deck'. Tempo, the term, the concept is in both but a Tempo DECK archetype.

MTG has had Tempo decks for ages. American Tempo was a big deal in modern once upon a time.
Ramp and Tempo, as well as many other popular terms originated from MTG, what are the terms that originated from Hearthstone?
Dr. Balance, Get in here, Christmas Tree...

At first I though Miracle but that's MtG as well. I would be surprised if HS had an original term tbh.
"Well met." iv seen it being used as a "F*** U" more often then i would think, even in League of Legends etc. :)

Valar Morghulis
Dr. (fill in the blank), obviously originating from how powerful Dr. Boom is in HS. Especially compared to WoW.

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
