So i recently made a pole for best card expected for standard format and Savage Roar was the winner! 2d Mysterious Challenger 3d Other. But now i want to talk about the cards that need BUFFS! but we all know about the USELESS cards like: Wisp,Shieldbearer and Core Hound but we are talking about cards that could've been good but just aren't or cards that got comletely f***ed by Blizzard, the cards that can lose you the game just because you played them!
Starting of with The Skeleton Knight... First of all, this is a 7/4 for 6 mana wich is 1 more than Salty Dog wich nobody plays as well because you can remove it so easilly. Paying 6 mana for a 7/4 is a HUGE tempo less and TO situational to be good. And if it dies you HAVE TO WIN the joust for it to get back in your hand so you can lose even more tempo. Honestly i wold want to lose the joust then to not have that piece of sh*t sit in my hand
Next up is Poisoned Blade wich just cost to much mana and you have to pay two mana every turn as well to increase the attack by 1 and if you want a 3/3 weapon you have to pay 8 mana in total wich is to much. The only way this could ever be good is if rogue would get something like Coldarra Drake.
Than probally the most overpriced card in the game, Acidmaw. 7 Mana for 4/2 is horrible and it basicly is an build in equality at the end of each turn. With unleash it's somewhat good but simply just overpriced.
You could see this one coming... Bolf Ramshield is an extremely bad card wich gives you 9 armour for 6 mana, thats it... Your opponent is just gonna ignore Bolf and go face to kill him, If he was a taunt as well he could be somewhat OKish.
Than the guy that can make you lose on turn 2, it is the one and only (Drumroles).... Millhouse Manastorm! a 4/4 does NOT make up for the drawback. Moost of the time your opponent plays summoning spells to get board controll and damage to just wipe your board and poor Millhouse Manastorm off the board.
And i think everyone knows why Majordomo Executus is in this list... You can BGH it and your opponent needs 8 more damage and he wins.
Than another card where it's stats don't make up for it's drawback it's Cursed Blade first you have to get this card at turn 1 otherwise it's completely useless. Than you have to hop your opponent doesn't have good minions and spell, and if you want to trade with it you take way to much damage and with 2/3 stats instead of 3/2 you have to keep this for even longer. The moment you equip this weapon you're completely screwed.
They aren't going to buff any cards. Besides you need bad cards to have a good meta. Buffing bad cards would mean that they would be better and a next set of bad cards would come along. Keep this up and you'll have some serious power creep issues after 3 or 4 buffs.
He's asking "if" or "how" he never said a buff was guaranteed, loosen up a bit the guy is just trying to have share his ideas. We all know how blizzard feels about buffing cards already.
I don't think any of these cards need buffs. If anything I'd just go with the usual Illidan Stormrage, but well, there isn't any deck or class that really needs any of these cards, except maybe Acidmaw, that costs waaay too much. That card could definitely cost 4 at least and be playable. Would make hunter much more fun. Majordomo Executus could use a buff to Rag's health too to at least 12.
I shouldn't go back to its old form but should be entirely viable. As a 4/3 for 4 mana, for example, it might enable a Beast Control deck for Hunter. At 7 mana for a combined Buzzard/ETH combo it would be decent but couldn't just be tagged on to the top of an aggro hunter deck.

The title is "Most BUFF necessary card for standard! VOTE!"
He then goes on to say that certain cards need a buff. "Necessary" or "need" is not "if" or "how".
None of the cards need a buff (though some surely will see some love for standard). Jannibal is not wrong in his comment.
I'm not a Rogue expert but I think Poisoned Blade is by far the worst designed card of TGT. A huge anti tempo card for a class that is specifically focused on gaining tempo. What a shame.
It's also overpriced, just like Acidmaw. I was concidering putting this in but i found Bolf more buff necessary because he's completely useless and you can still somewhat use buzzard but yeah, it does deserve a buff.
I don't think the OP understands the design decison behind the cards he's suggesting at all, in card games some cards are designed in order to be "bad" or have limited interactions with other cards in order to make them "playable" in constructed, in Hearthstone they essentially serve as tokens for RNG results i.e. Cursed Blade allows Blingtron to OTK an opponent or Majordomo Executus creates dangerous outcomes for Confessor Paletress or Sneed's Old Shredder or The Skeleton Knight gives Museum Curator another value option in his pick. Even innocuous cards like Shieldbearer were once upon a time a staple in Zoo, and still contribute to the chances of finding a taunt off of a Dark Peddler.
I think it is much more important to find cards that have never seen play at all and re-evaluate them, I'd rather buff Windfury Harpy than niche Legendaries that are meant to be niche in the first place.
Not every card in the game has to be equally strong. Yes, some cards are badly designed and/or very weak, but only the worst cards are the ones that need buffs. The same goes for nerfing, only the broken and overpowered cards need nerfs. Variance in card strength across the board is okay, it only becomes a problem when the gap between the best and worst cards grows too large.
Blizzard has stated that they'll mainly be looking at remastering the classic set, meaning that all but one of the cards you listed are pretty much guaranteed to stay the same for the time being. Furthermore, the one classic card you DID mention, Millhouse Manastorm, is extremely likely to stay unchanged.
I see your point with some cards, like Poisoned Blade, that are just terribly designed. However, there are much bigger priorities for Blizzard than fixing a few weak cards.

Sense Demons: my opinion is yes, should draw 3 demons or cost 2 mana, but I main Demonlock so my opinion is biased. Objectively: Warlock has enough card draw.
Summoning Portal: I agree. Warlock was supposed to be a ramp class and this card encourages that.
TKoE: 2 mana 3/2 is fine, but Dislock in general needs a buff.

How would you buff these cards if you were Blizzard?
Necessary? Definitely Acidmaw. Hunter desperately needs a board clear so that slower hunter decks become viable. Acidmaw is just not good enough.
What I want? The skeleton knight. I love the black knight, and I'm sad that his second form is a garbage card.

Starving Buzzard

The worst card isn't necessarily the one needing the buff most. Control Warlock needs cheap removal and effective heal, so Drain Life.
+ Felguard , Far Sight , Magnataur Alpha, Sea Reaver
edit:
Sense Demons , Summoning Portal , Tiny Knight of Evil
there are worse cards that need to be buffed more like Acidmaw, mid-range hunter doesn't have good boardclear
That's true actually. I forgot about drain life
I chose Majordomo Executus because I think his effect is really cool and adds something cool to the game.
true that, really cool idea but Blizz just kinda f***ed up on it
