EDIT: Spreadsheet is currently on hold, and possibly cancelled, due to Google sheet limitations.
I created a Hearthstone spreadsheet for personal use and decided I might as well share it if anyone else is interested. The spreadsheet is meant to be used by syncing with your HSReplay collection. (You can still input data manually if desired.)
You will need a Google account to be able to make changes! Log on your account, then go to "File" > "Make a copy...". This will create a personal copy for you that you can edit. (Don't forget to bookmark your personal copy for easy access.)
How it works: - You will need to setup the auto sync with HSReplay on the 'Quick Overview' sheet. When setup correctly it will automatically retrieve your card collection. (It can take a while to load everything though.) - After the data has been retrieved from HSReplay, you can check the 'My Collection' sheet to look at your card collection. (Alternatively there are several hidden sheets that show each class + neutrals seperately if you prefer.) - If you want to order your card lists differently, go to "Data" > "Named Ranges...", then select the appropriate range on your right. Once the range is highlighted, right-click on the selection and choose "Sort range...". A pop-up window appears, check the "Data has header row" option and choose which columns to sort by.
Notes: - It's been designed on and for widescreen monitors. - When first loading the spreadsheet it might take a few seconds to load due to all the data being imported from HSReplay. - The cards are sorted by Class > Legal Format > Set # > Mana Cost > Card Name by default.
Features: "User" sheets (Meant to be easy to read.) - The "My Collection" sheet holds an overview of all the cards in your collection. If you have the max. playable copies for a card, the cell containing the card's name will turn green. Otherwise it will be red. (There are also hidden sheets that show each class + neutrals separately if you prefer.) - Has an "Overview" sheet to setup syncronization with HSReplay. Also shows an overview of your Standard and Wild collection (# and % of missing cards/required dust) + each of the Standard sets + each Standard card by rarity. - Has a "(P) Collection Summary" sheet showing the amount of playable cards seperated by card set & rarity, as well as totals. (Note: The information here is rendered in semi user-friendly way.) - Has a "(P) Dust Calculation" sheet which contains all calculations regarding required dust for crafting seperated by card set & rarity, as well as totals. (Note: The information here is rendered in semi user-friendly way.)
"Behind the Scenes" sheets (Hidden by default, but can be viewed if wanted.) - Has a "Card DB" sheet which acts as a database for all (collectible) cards. This holds all information of every card. The data was pulled straight from the Hearthstone client. - Has a "DB Support" sheet which acts as a support for other sheets. (Holds no information worth viewing to a user.) - Has a "HSReplay Import Data" sheet which holds all the raw data imported from HSReplay. (Holds no information worth viewing to a user.)
Known Issues: - All of the uncraftable cards are still counted in the dust calculations, even though they can't be crafted/disenchanted. (To be fixed.... Maybe...) - When using an order similar to the in-game order (Mana Cost > Card Name), there will be a few differences. This is caused by cards containing an apostrophe or dash in their name. In-game these symbols are ignored, but the spreadsheet will not and thus some cards might be reversed. (It would be quite cumbersome to change this, so I won't.) - The dual- & tri-class cards are sorted in the Neutral list and thus appear there for the purposes of the collection summary/dust calculations, rather than under their specific classes. (Might change this later, but I'm not sure how yet.) - Most of the image links in the Card DB are incomplete or not working. (Could be fixed in the future, but it's not very important to myself.) - You can choose to mark a card as "Wanted" in your collection. This information was used in previous versions for probability calculations. I've decided to keep it for now, but it's not being used in calculations anymore.
Originally I wasn't planning on updating again before the spring expansion, but I made some changes anyway. Hearthstone & You (v1.3)
- Temporarily added card pack probabilities for GvG. (Left them out originally as it was going to be obsolete soon, but it might be interesting if someone is wondering if it's worth it to buy some GvG packs before they disappear.) - The "Overview" sheet previously showed information about all playable cards & golden cards. This information can now also be seen for each class (+Neutral) seperately by choosing the item from the dropdown list at the top of the table. - Fixed a few errors relating to crafting/disenchanting calculations for Reward cards. - Added formulae to automatically calculate owned Basic/adventure cards based on hero level/completed adventure wings. - Added a FAQ sheet.
Spreadsheet has been updated with the latest cards from Mean Streets of Gadgetzan: Hearthstone & You (v1.6) If you find any errors, let me know.
Changelog: - Added all "Mean Streets of Gadgetzan" cards.
P.S.: I still need to add the flavour text & artist's name for each MSoG card in the Card DB, but this isn't something I consider urgent. I'm also still considering better ways to include the tri-class cards.
I'm not sure what you mean? You can already order the lists any way you want. Sure, the default layout is similar to the in-game collection, where each sheet represents a Class tab from the in-game collection and those sheets are sorted by Mana Cost > Alphabetical.
But if you want to change it, you can choose 'Data' (from the top menu) and then pick 'Named Ranges'. You'll see a list of ranges which you can select, once you select one go to 'Data' again and pick 'Sort Range'. You'll have to check the box that says "Data has header row" and then you just sort according to your desired columns. There's the usual columns like Mana Cost, Card Name, etc... and then there's some hidden columns like 'Set #' for example, which will allow you to sort by expansions in order of release. (This is also explained in the 'FAQ' sheet. It should be visible by default, but if it's not you can unhide it from View (top menu) > Hidden sheets.)
If you meant copy pasting from another spreadsheet, then that's not really something I can help with. There's too many spreadsheets out there and most have their own layouts, so it's simply not possible to support copy pasting from all of them.
On a side note, are you the same Methyx from PST.org? (And thus also <snip> from PSN?) :)
Glad to know you got it sorted out. If you find any errors or have any feedback, feel free to let me know!
And yes, we do know each other. I'm <snip> on PSN. We've both played a lot of Destiny with the PST clan. I knew your name sounded familiar, but I couldn't place it at first and when I logged into the Bungie site ealier I remembered. Didn't know you play Hearthstone. :)
Didn't see that one coming. You should add me so we can play some games sometimes. Battletag is on my profile
Alright, I've sent you a request. My battletag is somewhat similar to my name here so you should be able to recognize it. Looking forward to playing some friendly matches. Especially once Un'Goro is released, since the current meta isn't my favourite.
And I'll look into the automization feature of your old spreadsheet you mentioned earlier. I've seen it before on other spreadsheets, but didn't bother doing it for this one as I don't use Innkeeper personally and I also assumed that people who use Innkeeper don't use a spreadsheet on top of that. No promises though.
Spreadsheet has been updated with the latest cards from Journey to Un'Goro: Hearthstone & You (v1.7) Important! If you're updating from an old version, check the notes below on how to update without errors!
Changelog: - Added all "Journey to Un'Goro" cards. - Fixed a few errors (mostly typos) in the card database. - Updated several cards that were changed by Blizzard since I first made the spreadsheet (card text inconsistencies & Elemental subtypes).
P.S.: I still need to add the flavour text & artist's name for each Un'Goro card in the Card DB, but this information is not something I can retrieve before the update actually releases. It's also something I don't consider urgent. Finally, I'm also considering better ways to include the tri-class cards. (I initially created a seperate sheet for them, assuming Blizzard might create more of them in the future, but as it's now I find it somewhat clunky.)
How to update from previous versions Due to the recent nerf to 'Spirit Claws' and the 'Hall of Fame' update, you need to make sure not to make any mistakes when updating from an older version.
1. Make sure to sort all the card lists on your old spreadsheet by 'Set #' and then by 'Card Name'. The new spreadsheet is already ordered this way and it's important to follow it. (For more info on how to sort your lists, check the FAQ sheet.)
2. Now copy/paste your personal info from the old spreadsheet into the new one. You'll need to copy/paste the following: - From the "Overview" sheet, the hero levels and completed adventure wings. - From each class sheet (+ Neutral), the "Non-Golden" & "Golden" columns of "My Collection" (columns I & J). - From each class sheet (+ Neutral), the "Wanted" column (column N).
Note: Column N appears to be next to the columns I & J, but it's important to copy these seperately, due to some hidden columns inbetween.
3. That's it! :) Feel free to re-order the sheets to suit your preferences.

I did notice one issue when inputting data for my collection. The spreadsheet seemed to only have counted the first lot of cards to enter the Hall of Fame at the beginning of the Year of The Mammoth. These were appropriately listed as Hall of Fame set.
However. it did not include the three cards moved from Classic to Hall of Fame with the beginning of the Year of the Raven (Ice Block, Coldlight Oracle and Molten Giant). Molten Giant also had its mana cost un-nerfed from 25 mana to 20 mana when it entered the Hall of Fame.

Thanks for letting me know. They were actually updated in my personal copy, so I simply forgot to publish that. Fixed it and also already updated the three cards that are about to change soon (Shadowboxer, Ghostly Charger, Ixlid, Fungal Lord).
Wouldn't really recommend updating to the new spreadsheet though, since it should get updated again soon for the next expansion.
