Now with the update coming, you will be able to disenchant Naxxramas, if I understood it correctly. With that said, do you plan on disenchanting unplayable cards like Maexxna or Baron Rivendare?

Too early to say.

I do believe that Wild will be a dumpster experience more than anything else, if not this year than next year. But disenchanting all adventure cards (and or cycled expansions) sounds drastic.

At the very least they might be useful when you battle Heroic Adventure bosses.

I plan on keeping my Naxx cards around just to use them to play with friends or mess around in Wild even if the mode becomes an unbalanced mess.

The "addon cards" gets bought anyways. (i guess they make  an preorde card back sellout to it, like 50 packs for 40€)
