I am coming up here on my 9th golden hero (have all except Rogue). I am curious as to how many other community members here have all their heroes at gold at this point.
More importantly, however, I am wondering what to do next. I have achieved Legend multiple seasons (got to top 200 one season), 12 wins in Arena, all heroes at gold, all expansions beaten, most decks all gold (aside from Legends, and 95% of that was without real world currency), etc.
I am starting to feel like I just "beat" Hearthstone and it doesn't have much left to offer me. Any recommendations or thoughts from community members? I have obviously enjoyed the game, sans the occasional meta crushing from a single deck like Secret Pally, Patron, or Deathrattle Hunter, but I like having a sense of purpose or something to drive me forward and I am running out of those pretty quickly. It may just be time to find a new game and move on.
All 9 golden heroes is quite a lot, I only have a golden Mage, your next goal can be the World Championship.
I don't play enough to warrant that, nor do I want to. I personally think a lot of the HS pros are at a REALLY similar skill level, if not virtually identical. The thing that sets them above the rest is the fact that they play fucking non-stop. You have to do that to get super high on ladder, and you have to go to tournies constantly to actually make money off of the game. I personally think I could get to that level based on my performance, and I think there are probably more people in the community that could as well than most people would expect. But not worth it.
I play the game a lot, but I also have a good job and do a lot of other activities, dropping a huge chunk of that for more video games is just not worth it in my mind.
Well now you can play the game just for the fun of it jk :), they might introduce more achievements with the next expansion but at your pace you will finish them sooner than later. I think there should be alternate artwork for cards that can be unlocked and it's disappointing that Ben Brode dosent think the same, Achievements and rewards are great cause they give you stuff to do anywhoo all games will run out of stuff to do eventually play them cause you like them
Most ppl who tryhard 9 golden heroes r just bored with the game after and how could they not be? Its quite stupid "goal" to get all 9 heroes golden, it forces u to play even when u dont rly feel like it or ur annoyed with the class etc. and then u create topics like this saying u have nothing to do :) Well u can always switch to new game if u cant find fun in HS for yourself (and/or comeback when new content is released) ;-)

Really people forgot what fun means? Do everyone really need any goals to play?
Just launch a game, pick deck you like to play and play Dude.
Maybe try some silly combo decks? Or collectin gold to make huge opening could be an achivement to reach? I don't know what more can I say, cuz I don't have that problem :P Deck tracker says I've got 856 wins as warlock (I don't have it from beginning of my adventure with hs, so I think 1000 was reached long time ago) 2 other golden heroes and I'm not bored yet. There's always something to do, at least it could be anything for fun.
Playing since later beta, have 6/9 golden heroes...
If you have 9/9 golden heroes, 12 arena wins, multiple legends in few seasons, 3/3 heroics completed and mostly golden card collection i'm afraid there's nothing much of achievment hs has to offer to you. Just have fun, play decks that you like, waiting for expansion knowing that you actually "beat" hs.
Make your goal getting a full collection, in normal and in gold, and then you'll be stuck here forever.
Can anyone explain why the hell anyone would need both golden and regular sets. I have a full collection and about 80% as golden, but as I get golden cards, I dust the regular. I don't need the regular version after that. This isn't the first time I've run up against this idea of having both and even had someone comment that they felt my collectIon was missing something bc I had dusted the regulars. I do not understand this mindset.
I can understand you. I played also for a Long time with the main Motivation to complete my Collection. Afterwards it feels like HS has not so much to offer anymore. But actually that is right. HS is mainly about achievements, collecting Cards and the competitive character. Game designer know that you can Keep People playing by adding such Things. Almost every game nowadays offers achievements. If you think about it, it often doesn't make any sense. Most of the time it is just about searching for hidden items. Thats children Play actually and i really don't like this Kind of developement. Back to HS: Since i don't Need to work right now and i just got new cards i still Play it a lot. Keeping statistics about my Arena runs is another (bad) motivation. However, i am really happy that i am done with my Goal and finally i can Play more other games, where it is really about the fun and after testing the new Cards, i won't Play that much anymore. But who knows what happens if the next Expansion Comes out and my Collection is again not complete. Therefore i actually would like to get "rid" of HS. So if you get your Motivation mostly out of the achievements and you are bored now then better use this Situation and stop playing HS and start with other games.
I got my 9th golden hero (druid) mid august 2014. I was far from being the first to have them, it is common those days, sorry :(
I definitely did not think I was the first, I was just wondering how common it was for people, since the game has been out several years. It took me less than a year to get like 7 of them, so I'm sure some die-hard fans knocked them all out their first year of playing.
I have golden warrior, druid, paladin and rogue. Next one is going to be priest.
Why not make your next goal top 100 legend at the end of the season? That is quite a challenge, and an amazing accomplishment. Seeing your name on the official Blizzard website among the rest of the top ladder players, that would feel really good, don't you think? So try that!
Thought of this right after I posted. The problem is it would take SO much playing, even with like an 85% overall win rate (which is nuts). There's a reason the pros grind ladder all season and sometimes STILL don't get to top 100 by the end. Might have to consider it sometime though, especially if a new deck/archetype that I really like becomes a thing.
On a more serious note, you can always take a break until new content arrives, search for near fireside gatherings or small tourneys you can join for fun (or try-hard, which ever you prefer)

Wouldn't quitting Hearthstone feel like a waste after all your invested time?
Anyways, here are a few suggestions:
1. Go for rank 1 legend
2. Try to get into (Esports) professional Hearthstone
Very impressive resume . It is not easy to show such flexibility with all classes. My problem is I love using 2-3 classes and just keep going back to those classes. I currently only have gold priest and paladin . The golden paladin was achieved in season 2 before it became one of the strongest classes in the game. I wish the golden portrait would say which season gold was achieved.

I started playing Nov 2014, I currently have 3 Golds and 400 wins with priest.
I consider myself, a king.

I've got all my heroes golden man.
Word of caution though: playing Sir Finley Mrrgglton will feel so bad. I had to craft a golden one just because it felt so bad.
