Most decks use naxx cards. Mad scientist is amazing in hunter and mage decks. Deathsbite is a must on any warrior deck. And there's a lot of small minions that fit into the zoo deck as well. There's too many cards to list off XD
Almost all the cards are useful. Just search decks on this site, and those cards with a spider symbol beside the, are Naxx cards. Those are the decks which uses Naxx cards.
If I remember correctly you are a relatively new F2P player, and basic zoo is your best deck? Well one direction that could work for you is to start turning your basic zoo into demon zoo. Naxx helps you do this by letting you add nerubian egg, haunted creepers, and voidcallers. Legendaries to consider starting out would be 1. Dr. Boom and then if you are going to play demon zoo, Mal'Ganis.
You are probably not going to get much use out of Kel'Thuzad. He is good a in a very specific circumstance that is rarely encountered in Hearthstone.
Loatheb is going to be your friend going forward though. Now that you have Naxx you should consider what you want to play... I would recommend either Demon Zoo or Midrange Hunter as they are relatively budget competitive decks. If you have the bones of zoo already that may be your best bet, but midrange hunter just requires Naxx, a handful of rares, and maybe Dr. Boom... So thats an option too.
I already have Dr. Boom, i guess the cores I'm missing is probably Savannah Highmane for midrange hunter. Probably would go for a Midrange Hunter instead of Zoo. Thx for the advice :)
Just wondering, are you going for ranked or casual play? Or are you simply looking for a viable deck?

Anything other than zoo hasn't been polished or refined to fit the current ranked meta but I can toss some stuff I remember. I vaguely remember a tempo based Paladin deck that is based around Avenge, Echoing ooze and a handful of others. There are Buff Priest(based around creatures that benefit buffs) and Reincarnate Shaman (both were not top tier, but I still say Reincarnate shaman is strong). There was also Echo Druid, where you would fish for dream scenarios of Ooze + Innervate + Mark for two 3/4 taunts on turn 2 or more bodies for Force of nature+Savage roar. You already know about the addition of Death's Bite for Control Warrior, probably. Lastly there was Fatigue mage that used Deathlords, Duplicate, Dancing swords etc to fatigue the opponent and grind him out.

I just beat Naxxramas yesterday with a semi-basic Zoolock deck and I am curious what decks use Naxxramas cards.

Zombie Chow: Used as a tech to counter aggro
Deathlord: Used in Control Priest
Nerubian Egg: Used in zoo
Sludge Belcher: Used in most control or midrange decks.
Feugen/Stalagg: Used in some renolocks and some deathrattle rogues
Loatheb: Used in a variety of decks
Shade of Naxxramas: Used in Midrange Druid or Ramp Druid
Webspinner: Used in Midrange Hunter
Avenge: Secret paly
Dark Cultist: Pretty much every priest deck
Duplicate: Echo Mage?
Voidcaller: Demon Handlock, zoo
Death's Bite: All warrior decks
How about Kel'Thuzad , is it not viable in decks?
