So, this is an idea I had while thinking about why warrior is so horrible currently. I wanted to take a more disruptive aggro approach to getting lethal, with end game scalability. We use our weapon generation and taunts to help control board, our disruptions to slow down our opponent and force bad plays, at the same time drawing for Blackrock and Roll or our combo of Tony+Fires+Steam cleaner.
One combo idea is using Fires, then Blackrock to get massive random minions from our draw machine. Another combo is using Blackrock and Last Stand to get big, cheap taunts. Lastly, you'll be able to push out some decent damage while disrupting things like opponent aoe's, opponent board development, or sometimes forcing win-con discards.
Metrognome has proven to be quite powerful resource generation, especially when you have access to cheap taunts in Dread Corsair, Embers of Strength, Asvedon, and Sword Eaters. It may not live to the point where you can use it to start targeting your 5-cost combo cards, but can easily draw you 2-3 cards while just playing, thinning out the deck and disrupting the opponent that much faster.
Unfortunately, I don't have much available playtest time, so I'm posting this here to see if anyone else likes the idea of the deck and wants to give it a few rounds. The few games I've played with it have all felt good and fun, which is surprising for a mid range style warrior deck. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
