I mostly like Rogue and Pally as to me they are the most enjoyable midrange class to play most the time, Definitely don't mind a little tune up if you think some cards are just ass bad or you want to commentate on any particular choices I made.
You seem to like Dr Boom a lot. I play nothing but wild, so I don’t know how slow standard is, but in wild dr boom is way too slow since years. I doubt that it will be that good in standard
It seems you rly want to run Dr.Boom. Tbh, he is probably way to slow in nowadays hs, basicly a 7 mana do nothing. Ragnaros is also questionable, at least he is a threat on a empty board.
I'd definitly drop boom, if you need the Slot for nothing else, take Pozzik.
Miracle rogue lost some things, that made Draka worthy. I am not sure here but maybe a Combo package could compensate that.

For the reason to play boom, he's just a top deck stressor. Pally and rogue don't have those currently with their next set of cards (unless you play neutral pally with countess)
- stressor meaning its just awkward to deal with it if it comes on curve (the stressors before for both decks were pretty much their hero cards) so since that slot is now open something needs to sit there or there is no late game bomb (no pun intended) to force your opponent to use resources.
tirion is pretty much the stressor now for pally but he's also silence bait, can't really silence dr boom which is what made it so strong a long time ago anyways (besides the full board fill)
I was quite on the fence between breakdance and shadow step. and still am since it makes doctor boom and late game astalor much better.
not that neophyte sounds gimmicky but most the time I've ever run into a situation with my miracle deck currently its because i got out boarded in the beginning of the game by the meta aggro deck that drew the nuts. its rarely slower deck beating me that i need to prevent even more from beating me
But that’s the point, dr boom is no stressor anymore, it’s more like: „nice my opponent only played dr boom on 7 instead of x“
the easiest response is what could rogue or pally play on 7 on bare board that is more a threat. if you have something I'd probably play that over boom. (as i said they just don't have the late game pressure)
Pirate deck seems to fairly invested in playing swordfish, so I would include Instrument Tech, probably over Hench-clan. I would also consider cutting boom for MC Blingtron. It would act as an extra damage per minion if you have a wide board from and could be a load of damage with Astalor if their can't remove it late game.
I was thinking on MC blingtron. wasn't sure how much i liked it but yeah i think i forsee a time where it basically just plays like another south sea captain

I left the hench-clans because most of the time with this deck i should be hero powering turn 2 if i got my 1 drops and its really easy to go turn 1 1-cost, turn 2 hero power, turn 3 mic drop or cutlass courier. (in an ideal situation) but also there are other plays that doesn't rely on that, thats just a stronger one that leads to draw power. removed rag instead of boom for blingtron. theoretically rag just feels a bit slower in this deck now that i think about it, i don't mind boom if i get to use break dance on him or hooktusk or high level astalor

After a second look/thought, miracle rogue should definitly find a Spot for cult neophyte and you should use shadowstep.
Shadowstep is still way better then brakedance, 0 cost + mana cheat, is what miracle needs.
If you manage to end a Swing turn, with a Big threat on board or in hand and a few neophyte bounces, your opponent is in serious troubles
